Repair and maintenance of Sludge transfer pump along with electrical wiring ,cable tray cover and cabling of Sludge Transfer Pump .The job includes alignment of pump after providing proper foundation/platform .

Repair and maintenance of Filter Feed Pump along with replacement of electrical wiring , cable tray cover and cabling of Filter Feed Pump. The job includes alignment of the pump after providing a proper foundation/platform.

Repair of main Electrical Panel of STP along with connection of all pumps and motors with cabling and wiring assembling through GI cable tray and cover. The job includes replacement of all damaged MCCBs-125 A -01 no/Stator Switch set-14 nos. -/Relays/Meters etc. of the electrical panel. The job includes making proper connection of all motors and pumps of STP and ETP plant by way of assembling all the cables on cable trays as per site requirement. The job also includes replacement of damaged cables, proper labeling of each pump motor unit on the pump motor set as well as on the electrical panel. The job also includes providing and fitting of additional electrical switches as well as other electrical accessories required to make the electrical panel fully functional The job also includes painting of Electrical panel after complete repair, installation of complete STP and ETP cycle diagram at Panel Room.

Finishing with neat cement Patching and punning work in all RCC/Brick tanks of STP and ETP ,Sump tank ,Bar screen tank , Equalization tank, SBR tank, CCT tank.

Painting of all MS pipes, MS Tanks , Ladders and MS supporting Structure including all civil structures related to STP and ETP .The job also includes painting/white washing with two coats of oil bound distemper of STP operator room. The job also includes labeling of each STP and ETP tank. The job includes providing flood lights 100W along with cabling /switches -5 nos. , providing and fitting of 05 nos. 40 w tube light for the operator room. The job also includes complete bush cutting as well as cleaning of the area around STP/ETP.

Laying of Pipeline For transfer of Effluent Providing & laying CPVC rigid pipe ( IS :4985 ) Class - II , 4kg/cm approved quality / make including going the pipe with solvent cement rubber ring and Lubricant Dia. 25 mm to 40 mm for Connection of wards & Labs. The job includes complete laying of the pipeline from the hospital to ETP for transfer of Effluent. The job includes the cost of excavation of trenches, demolishing of concrete/RCC/stone masonry, soiling of tranches for lying of pipeline and concrete work after lying of pipeline.

Constructing masonry chamber of specified size in brick work with class – 1 cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement : 4 sand) and RCC top Slab Covers , 1:1.5:3 , M- 20 grade ( 1 cement , 1.5 sand and 3 coarse ) And 20 mm nominal mix including necessary excavation foundation concrete ( 1:5:10) with cement mortar (1:3) with floating of cement as per size Chamber : 90x90x 10 cm

Constructing masonry chamber of specified size in brick work with class – 1 cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement : 4 sand) and RCC top Slab Covers , 1:1.5:3 , M- 20 grade ( 1 cement , 1.5 sand and 3 coarse ) And 20 mm nominal mix including necessary excavation foundation concrete ( 1:5:10) with cement mortar (1:3) with floating of cement as per size Chamber size : 60 x 60 x 75 cm
