UNDERDECK INSULATION:Providing and fixing thermal insulation with XPS material density of minimum 38-40 kg/m3, 50 mm thick .as per Technical Specifications complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. The edge profiles shall be straight-edged, shiplap, or tongue-and-groove for reduced thermal bridging and surface finish shall be smooth or embossed for better adhesion with other materials like adhesives or plaster

Insulation (For Walls, Doors and Ceiling) for Tunnel:SITC of Prefabricated EPG puff wall panel and ceiling Panel (50mm thickness) and minimum density of 40 kg/m3 as per tender technical specification enclosed. fixed to walls, ceiling with screws, rawl plugs and washers and held in position etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. :

Providing and laying of dia 100 mm PVC pipes class C with fittings and acessories along with reducer type spigots (at every 400 mm) as pe technical specifications all along the length of the pipe– 12 Nos of length 75 ft for circulation of air inside the bunkers with spigots.

Providing and laying of dia 160 mm PVC pipes class C – 4 Nos of length 20 ft for circulation of air inside the bunkers & Tunnel.

GSS Ducting:‐ Supplying fabrication installation testing and commissioning of GI. Sheet metal ducting. Zinc coated. Complete with all Standard Accessories, G.I.. Hardware, Self Adhesive elastomeric foam gasket, Support etc as per SMACNA specification. 22 gauge , Sheet Thickness - 0.8 mm-1.00 mm

Air-outlets and Dampers: Aluminium/volume control dampers as required.

Air-outlets and Dampers: Louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required.

Providing thermal insulation to supply air ducting with 50mm.thickness Glass wool Insulation with 0.6 mm Al Cladding.

HOT WATER GENERATOR: Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning Steam generator of capacity (200 kg/hr) - 01 no. (Vertical type, Oil fired Boiler, pressure 3 to 6 bar, water pump 1 hp, fully automatic, water level controller, dual pressure controller,Temperture monitoring system, safety valve and float valve). The Job also including the (GI Pipes with epoxy painting) , Control valves ( for automatic operation) and Nozzles of suitable pressure rating along with all allied fittings for the Distribution of the Steam inside the Bulk Chamber / Tunnel. The job includes for MS Day tank of 200 litre capacity of 3mm thickness complete with pipes,valves & level indicators. The Job also includes Chimney with ladder, base plate, nuts & bolts, template for foundation etc painted with heat resistant alumunium paint with Flue gas ducting wa;l dupporting, 6 metre Height with diamter of 150 mm and thickness of 5/6 mm and 3 metres connecting ducts. Complete job including hardwares, electric fitting required for the successful completion of the job. The complete job includes cost of material, labour, tools and tackles reqd for completion of job and taxes. Any other electrical item required for the completion of job shall be in the scope of the firm/ contractor

Supply, Installation and testing and commissioning of Water Softner including all pipes and fittings for the Water Tank.

ELECTRICAL WORKS:Electrical fitting by way of Providing and fitting of 06 no. 20 watt LED light, 04 nos. 20W Tubelight, 1 no. ceiling fans, 1 no. exhaust fan 18”dia and 100 W LED outdoor/flood lights-8 nos. Job also includes Providing of laying of main service line 16 sq. mm from main pole to MCB box inside the shed,32A MCB. It also includes providing of 2.5 sq.mm pvc wire, Modular switches and sheet, Modular 5A Socket, Modular 15A socket, conduit,, MCB and other allied items The job includes material cost , tools and tackles, labour cost and taxes. Any other electrical item required for the completion of job shall be in the scope of the firm/ contractor

Control panel comprising of Bus bar MCCBs, contactors, relays, single phase preventers, earth fault relays, changeover switches, for Air Blower units and pumps including cables etc. with following specifications. Incomer: 1. Incomer : MCCB 150 Ampere 4 pole 36KA 2. Aluminum 4 Pole Bus Bar –02 set 3. Digital Voltmeter with Selector Switch 4. Digital Ammeter with Selector Switch & CT’s 5. Phase Indicator Set and Single Phase preventer. Outgoing feeders: a) Feeder with MCCB and other protective devices suitable for 20 HP Blowers b) Feeder with MCCB and other protective devices suitable for 05 HP Blower c) Feeder with MCCB and other protective devices suitable for 1.5 HP / 2 HP Pumps (03 Nos). d) Feeder for Cabin Lighting and other loads.

WATER TANKS AND ASSOCIATED PUMPS: Providing and fitting of triple layer HDPE storage tank with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet and outlet pipes including overflow pipes having capacity of 10,000 ltr (5000 litrs x 2 Nos) with foundation of Suitable size as per requirement, fittings, pipes required and base support and interconnecting pipes between the Tanks along with valves. The job further includes p/f of 1 hp mono block self primer water pump along with 3/4 inch GI B Class piping (50 metres), PVC hose pipes & Sprinklers complete accessories and fittings including electrical fittings. The complete job includes cost of material, labour, tools and tackles and taxes thereof.
