Providing & Laying of cement concrete foundation block for pumping equipments of dimensions not less than 6' x 2' x 1' (as per site requirement) in the ratio of 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size). This also includes suitable size concrete saddle block for support of suction pipe. The job includes shuttering, centering & providing & fixing of foundation bolts.

Supply, Fitting, Testing & Commissioning of flanged G.I. "B" Class suction/delivery pipe of size 80 mm. Includes washers, nuts and bolts.

Supply, Fitting, Testing & Commissioning of 80mm, PN-1.6/16, Ductile Iron resilient seated N R V including matching flanges to be used as foot valve Includes washers, nuts and bolts

Supply, Fitting, Testing & Commissioning of 80mm flanged G.I. bends Includes washers, nuts and bolts

Supply, Fitting, Testing & Commissioning of reducers along with flanges Includes washers, nuts and bolts as Per site requirement.

Providing & Fitting of PVC priming tank of 200 litre capacity including all fittings. The job includes fabrication of suitable MS angle iron stand of min. 5 ft height for holding the PVC Tank.

Connection of priming tank with the delivery of submersible pumping unit by way of providing and fitting 20 mm GI pipe (heavy) by necessary welding and using Sockets/ nipples etc as required. The job also includes providing and fitting of 20mm Ball valve. The length of pipe involved is approx 10 mtr.

Supply, Fitting, Testing & Commissioning of 3 core 16 sq mm submersible cable including Copper thimbles as per requirement.

Part "C" Submersible Pumping Unit & Electro-mechanical works (Borewell No. 105)

Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Submersible type motor pump set of 13.5 M³/hr. discharge & 80 Mtr dynamic head.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Table 5 flanged GI column pipe of 65 mm nominal bore, 4.0 mm wall thickness, as per the site requirement.

Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of GI fabricated 90o long radius bend 65 mm nominal dia 3.20 mm wall thickness flanged at both ends.

Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of GI fabricated Equal TEE dully flanged on all ends 65 mm nominal bore 3.60 mm wall thickness along with blind flange.

Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of 65 mm dia cast iron sluice valve double flanged ( in-built) non rising type with hand wheel.

Fabrication , providing & fitting of of M.S. holding clamps for holding column pipe 65mm dia(2 Nos)

Providing & fitting of steel wire rope 10 mm dia with U Clamps for holding the pumping equipment

Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of L.T. motor control panel fitted with MUG 20 FASD starter for one out going feeder & MUG 20H for other feeder.

Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of 3.5 core 50 mm² XLPE conforming to IS 7098/Part-1/1998 aluminium cable as main service line from power captive unit to the motor control panel,with thimbles.

Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of submersible cable 3 core 10 mm² (double), With thimbles.

Fabrication , providing & installation of of M.S. gravel hopper by way of P/F of two ISMC 150, 5 Ft long welded to the bore well casing pipe at the centre on each side. Fabrication of hopper assembly out of 6 mm thick MS plate on angle iron frame (ISA 50x50x6 mm) P/F of top cover of size (3'x3') fabricated out of 8 mm thick MS chequered plate in four pieces fitted to the frame by nuts & bolts. The job further includes providing circular opening in the centre for the column pipe.

Applying two coats of red oxide primer to the entire steel structure inside out followed by two coats of paint in green shade to the entire exterior area of gravel hopper.The job includes providing & filling of 0.5 CUM Gravel

Supply,Installation,Testing & Commissioning of 3- phase,415V,50 Hz,1500 rpm,silent type,water cooled 40KVA DG set at MSL as per IS 8528 -5: 2022.The alternator shall have H class insulation, Enclouser-IP23.The DG set shall be complete unit manufred. as per CPCB IV+ norms. The engine and the alternator shall be aligned on a common MS base frame with MS fuel tank, liquid cooled radiator, residential exhaust silencer, AVM pads fitted on base frame, 12 Volt DC battery with leads etc. The DG set shall be enclosed inside a canopy with compact design limiting the noise level upto75db at a distance of 1mtr. The DG set shall have a manual control panel with micro processor based generator set monitoring, metering & control system with LCD display for operation and all accessories to make it a complete functional unit. The DG set shall have a minimum 02 years warranty from the date of commissioning of the unit including free sevices as per OEM. The job further includes cost on account of providing and fitting of 04 No. Chemical earthing electrodes for alternator, D.G Set body & neutral. Each chemical earthing shall consist of 80mm dia, 2000mm long G.I earthing elotrode, chemical filling, including backfill as per norms. The G.I electrodes are to be connected with the D.G Set through G.I strip not less than 20mm wide and 5mm thick including fastners as per site requirement. the job further includes cost on account of freight, loading, unloading,HSD and skilled operator for testing and operation of of the DG set for a period of 3 hours continuosly on load during commissioning.

Complete Round the Clock Watch and ward including Material Handling and Storage of all the material/inventory at site during and after execution of work till its handover/takeover with intending department.
