Labour cost on a/c of complete overhauling of engine, including opening of engine block from the machine and lifting/unloading ,dismantling, cleaning and refitting with test and trial: The job includes disassembling of parts of whole engine which includes uninstallation of crank shaft from engine block, disassembling of connecting rod and piston assemblies 04 no’s from the crank shaft and extraction of old sleeves 04 no’s from engine block, removing of lube oil pump, timing gear and fly wheel ring .Proper checking and facing of engine block, cylinder boring and polishing, fitting of new sleeves 04 no’s in it. The job includes crank shaft grinding and polishing, fitting of crank shaft main bearings. Connecting rod bush fitting and reaming. Fitting of connecting rods with crank shaft (includes fitting of big end bearings) and with the piston (04 no’s). Fitting of piston assembly into cylinder liners 04 nos. Cam shaft grinding /polishing including its bush fitting and reaming. Refitting of timing gears and fly wheel ring. Cleaning of lube oil pump and proper refitting of the same. The job includes head seat cutting and fitting, valve guide seat extraction, valve seat grinding, valve facing and grinding, and further fitment of the same. The job includes engine head gasket and tappet cover changing, engine head facing, rocker bush fitting and reaming. Proper fitting of water pump assembly. The job includes unloading engine from chassis and installation of the same after overhauling followed by testing. The job also includes Carbide testing of cylinder block and head for detecting leaks.

F. I. pump and nozzle repairing: - Complete overhauling of F. I. pump by way of replacement of parts including delivery valve, element/ diaphragm. The Job includes calibration and testing of the pump. The job also includes nozzle pipe/flexible pipe and worn-out /blocked injector cup replacement. Providing and fitting of elements 4 Nos. Providing fitting of distance piece 4 no’s. Providing and fitting of pump service kit. The job further includes reinstallation of the pump with test and trial.
