Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of reversible Hot and Cold Air Conditioners (Spilt type) with following specifications: a) 1.5 Ton capacity b) 5 Star BEE Rating c) Auto Restart having reset settings post power-cut d) Copper coil and with easy maintenance. e) Sleep Mode: Auto-adjusts the temperature to ensure comfort during your sleep f) Comprehensive Warranty of 1 Year + Additional warranty of 4 Years on Compressor. g) Air cooled Compatible with 1.5 TR AC, ISI marked AVR’s, fitted on non glazed walls. The job includes all allied civil, electrical and mechanical works, complete in all respects. The AC should be inverter Type with 5 star rating suitable for operation under-15°C (Ambient). The AC should be remote controlled with features like controllable flap LCD, on/off timer. The AC shall be supplied with MS powder coated wall mounting stand for outdoor units, copper tubing with minimum 03 Mtrs length with suitable insulation, PVC flexible drain pipe of required size, wall mounted Automatic voltage stabilizer of 5 KVA with input voltage range of 90-230 Volts, MCB of suitable rating with PVC enclosure, 16 Amp.SS combine with 16 amp. Top and all other accessories required for installation of the units. The equipment has to be installed and tested at site. The job includes providing and fitting of 4 sq mm PVC insulated Single core copper conductor (30 Rm) (Flexible) to be laid in PVC Conduit duly clamped.
