Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing, extra for brick work: Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing readymade PVC panelling in ceiling of size 6mm thick, in approved colour, texture and finish having performance appraisal certificate (PAC) issued by the manufacturer. The fixing of panelling includes cost of screws/nuts, bolts and nails. Necessory supporting frame work consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to 15: 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats 2 with necessary C.P. brass/C.P. brass/stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall/ceiling with stainless steel rowl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia, with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings/ceiling design, corner beading in all lengths wherever required and as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge(brand green panel,action Tesa or equivalent approved brand).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liters/10sqm on existing cement paint surface)

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Two coats

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Second class kail wood

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) Second kail wood 35 mm Thick

Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions all complete. With Galvanized M.S. Wire gauge with wire of dia 0.63 mm With 2nd class teak wood beading 62x19 mm

Providing and fixing of Hot water Geysers 50 litre of app quality brand including all fixtures like PVC connections /Angle valve and other fixtures complete in all respects .Venus /Racold/jaquar or equivalent approved brand as per directions of EIC.

Providing & Fixing CP wall Mixer of approved make including cutting and making good the walls wherever required.jaguar/Parko or equivalent as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Internal work-exposed on wall, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 meter spacing 40mm nominal outer dia pipes.

Engagement of Carpenter and Helpers for easing of doors/windows incl removing of damaged plyboard from false ceiling incl removing of old damaged glass panels/wire gauze mesh/MS grill from windows incl necessary repairing of ceiling/doors/windows whereever required incl disposing of unserviceable materials as directed bt the EIC complete job.
