Providing and Installation of 400 KVA 3-Phase copper wound oil cooled unbalanced type Automatic Voltage Regulator conforming to standards including panel and all allied electrical appurtenances suitable for outdoor installation having following technical specifications:-Capacity/Rating: 400 KVA, Phase 3 Phase.Winding & Wiring Material : Pure CopperCooling : Oil CooledType : Servo Controlled Unbalanced TypeCompatible Input: 230 Volt. to 470 Volt.(phase to phase)Output voltage: 415 (+/-1%) (phase to phase) Indication : Voltmeter, Ammeter & visual indication for the under and over voltage, Efficiency : more than 95%Correction speed: 08 V/Sec or above,Frequency : 50 (+- 5 ) HzWave Distortion : NilOperation Temperature : 15o c to 50o C Operation: Automatic / Manual in case of any fault in circuit.Protections: High Cut, Low Cut, Single Phase Prevention, phase reversal with time delay, & short circuit.The unit should be properly earthed and shall be totally painted/powder coated from outside to have aesthetic look. The unit shall be housed in sheet steel case having wheels with sturdy construction to withstand the rigorous shifting movement, repair works and handling. The unit shall be supplied with the first filling of T-Oil and should be equipped with Bypass switch facility and over voltage, under voltage, single phase protection and short circuit protection.The complete job includes cost of material, labour charges involved, skilled /unskilled labour charges, loading unloading, tools, tackles, connectioning, hire charges, including transportation costs, other miscellaneous charges and all unforeseen items/material/jobs required for the completion of job and all kinds of applicable taxes thereof.

2.8.1 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth. 50 meter from cutting edge.
