Part-A (Garden Light with cast iron decorative pole)

LAMP POST(Code-DA-KMC-401-27/Equivalent) Supply, installation and fixing of heritage architectural ornamental decorative cast iron pole having provision to fix decorative Light fixture. Installation of same with foundation bolts of suitable size to grout it into specially designed RCC foundation, as shown in the enclosed drawing. The decorative light fixture shall be fixed on the top of the pole. The details of pole & light are given below: - A. The Pole: The pole with light fixture shall look like as shown in the drawing. It shall have all similar features as shown in the enclosed drawing/picture. The Cast Iron Pole of nearly 2700/3000mm length. The pole has ornamental base (Approx.overall dimension-height 1175 mm, bottom dia 360mm) shall have a provision of inbuilt junction box for fixing MCB’s or cutouts with detachable window cover. The part above ornamental base design consists of decorative chinar leaves bamboo sections of circular shapes in different dimension, is made of cast iron in fine finish. The design of the cast-iron parts is clearly shown in the drawing. Mentioned dimensions are proposed dimensions, which may vary with actual measurements (Tolerance of ±5%) B. Light Fixture: The Cast Aluminium Light fittings best suitable for the Lamp Post shall be exactly similar as shown in the enclosed drawing/picture, which is of nearly 360mm width, 820mm height. The fixtures have aluminium casted parts & spinning parts welded with decorative cast aluminium designs for better look. It shall have provision of led bulb of 30watt designed to illuminate large areas with its wide dispersion without affecting the environment. It shall have extra clear transparent acrylic sheet light cover with stainless-steel fastening elements. The fixture having provision to fix complete with required power supply. Mentioned dimensions are proposed dimensions, which may vary with actual measurements (Tolerance of ±5%) C. Finish: Colour specification & finishing process must follow as per the ISI standard. All parts must be clean by SHOT blasting process. Further parts are painted in 4 layer coating(Coating thickness-125 to 150 micron) in which first layer with epoxy primer(to prevent corrosion),second layer with epoxy base colour,than third layer polyurethane (PU) metallic paint (Gold/Green/Copper/Silver) & final layer of polyurethane (PU) lacquer (to prevent ultra violets ray). D. Material Specification: All this above parts made of cast iron castings must be of FG-150 grade as per IS 210 (2009) standard, Hardness must be in range between 130 BHN to180 BHN. Cast iron must have Chemical composition of Carbon -3.0% to 4.0% Silicon- 1.0% to 2.0%, magnesium -0.5% to 0.7%,sulpher -0.02% to 0.04% & phosphorous-0.07% to 0.09% this composition is best suitable for product strength & life.

Providing and Laying RCC Foundation for 2.7/3 Mtr Poles) as pe rawing attach at Table P.4 with Following Procedure & Al as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. .(Foundation work to be laid as per drawing) A) Excavation of Pit for Foundation Size upto required depth from Ground level B) Dressing of Pit and Dry stone pitching 200 mm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete. C) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of M-10 grade of 75 mm thickness D) Reinforcement for R.C.C. work with MT bars Including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. E) Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Footing and F) Providing & Fixing of 2 no. Required Size PLB HDPE Pipe & Foundation Bolt with template as per OEM G) Providing and Laying Reinforce cement Concrete of M-25 grade In Footing and Pedestal including Curing the foundation for 7 days. H) Providing and Fixing Nusing Angle 40 m x 40 mm x 6mm with 2 no. 100 mm long, 10 mm dia. Lugs on each face.
