Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of First-Aid fire hose reels wall mounting swinging type, fitted with of heavy duty mild steel construction with CI brackets, 25 mm dia. ball valve and 20 mm dia. x 36m long high pressure Hose Reel tubing as per IS:444 with Stainless Steel shut-off nozzle having 5 mm dia. orifice. The hose reel shall strictly confirm to IS:884-1985.

Providing and fixing 63mm dia 15m long non percolated rubberized fabric lined hose including gunmetal male and female instantaneous type coupling approved by fire authority, machine wound with copper wire complete in all respects, hose shall conform to IS:636 type II and coupling to IS:903-1975 (ISI marked)

Providing and placing in proper position gunmetal 63mm dia short size branch pipes with 20 mm dia nozzles with 63mm instantaneous coupling ISI marked (IS:903).

Providing and fixing standard fireman's axe with heavy insulated rubber handle conforming to IS: 926 complete.

Providing and fixing fully glazed MS fully welded construction double leaf door shutter for fire hydrant station fabricated from MS 50x50x6 mm angle iron frame, fixed to wall and hinged MS 40x40x5 mm angle iron door shutter with required MS sash bars for glazing complete with locking arrangements, stove enamelled fire red finish with 'FIRE HYDRANT' written in front. Approximate size 2100x1200 mm.

Providing and fixing Weather proof hose cabinets for yard hydrant fabricated from 16 g MS sheet with full glass door and locking arrangement, suitable to accommodate one hydrant valve, 2 nos.15m long hose, 1 No branch pipe and one fireman's axe. The cabinet shall be painted with one coat of primer and finished stove enamelled "Fire Red", "Fire Hose" written on front including suitably mounted on a raised masonry platform as required. (Approx 0.75m x0.6 mx 0.25 m).

Providing and fixing 4 way gunmetal fire brigade inlet breaching head as per IS:904 specification tested for 20Kg/sq-cm with 63mm dia instantaneous type inlet and 150/100mm dia flanged outlet with built in check valve for fire brigade connection to under ground tanks and fire risers including companion flanges including nuts, bolts & washers etc.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Gun Metal Fire brigade suction hose coupling (Draw-out Connection) with nut for female coupling as per IS:902-1974 complete with 100 mm dia. GI suction pipe and 100 mm dia. 1 No. CI foot valve flanged (to be connected to static water tank).

Providing and fixing MS cabinet (to enclose above Draw-out/Fire brigade inlet connections) fabricated from 16g sheet with full front glass door and locking arrangement duly painted with one coat of primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade and suitably mounted on a raised masonry platform as required (Approx.0.6 m x 0.6 m x 0.45 m).

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of pressure gauges with isolation cocks and chrome plated copper pipes as hydrant station to read pressure from 0-25 kg/cm2 complete and of dial dia 150 mm

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of air cushion tank (air-vessel) 250 mm dia.x1.0 m high with dished top, made of minimum 6 mm thick MS pipe/plate complete with 25 mm dia. brass air valve (ball valve, pressure gauge type), 25 mm dia brass stop cock, nipple, tees, B46 elbow, pipe and all accessories as required including fixing brackets.

B Internal Piping Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Black steel pipe (IS:1239 Part-I) heavy C-class including cutting, threading, welding etc. bends, elbows reducers, clamps, hangers etc. including cutting holes in brick or RCC walls/slabs and making good the same complete including the cost of structural work for supports fabricated from standard sections of required sizes and thickness e.g. MS rods, angles channels, slotted angle, etc., cutting to sizes, drilling welding fixing to insert plates, including painting with one coat of primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and red shade including all steel work.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commitioning of Electrical Motor Driven Fire Pumping set (Factory Fitted) suitable for automatic operation consisting of the following as per the specifications. a) Providing and fixing horizontal End Suction multi stage, single outlet factory fitted pumping set with bronze impeller with gland capable of delivering 1620 LPM against a total head of 70 M with CI body and connected by a flexible coupling to a totally enclosed fan cooled induction motor mounted on a common structural baseplates with all pump accessories complete as per specifications including pressure gauge with gunmetal isolation valves and anti vibration pump, motor to be suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 50cycles A.C. supply ( specification as per fire fighting requirements and on the pattern of TAC OR LOCAL AUTHORITY APPROVAL) as per instruction of following specifications: b) Squirrel cage induction motor totally enclosed fan cooled type suitable for 415 volts ±15%, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply of suitable capacity for the above pump coupled with flexible coupling including earthing as per relevant Indian standard & specifications. c) Common bed plate for mounting pump and motor fabricated from suitable MS Channel as per manufacturer's recommendations. d) Suitable RCC pump-foundations as per manufacturer's design and 4 nos. dunlop (cushy foot) heavy duty antivibration mounting pads.

Of Diesel Engine Driven Fire Pumping set (Factory Fitted) suitable for automatic operation consisting of the following as per specifications: a) Providing and fixing horizontal split casing multi stage, single outlet pumping set with CI body and bronze impeller & with gland capable of delivering 1620 LPM against a total head of 70 M connected by means of a flexible coupling to a water cooled diesel engine mounted on a common structural base plate with antivibration pads and and foundation complete with electric panel, battery (including one spare battery), utomatic starting arrangement exhaust pipe of required length to discharge outside building with muffer, day oil tank mounted on suitaible structural supports complete in all respects as per specifications ready for use and as per latest requirement of fire autority regularities. b) Water cooled TAC approved Diesel Engine suitable for developing at least 84 BHP (Duty point) at 2000 RPM) compatible for above pump complete with automatic starting mechanism, batteries, automatic battery charger unit, flexible coupling with the pump, fuel tank, silencer, exhaust pipe with insulation approx. 25m length & all standard accessories as required as per TAC rules including earthing, mandatory spares and tool kit. c) Common bed plate for mounting pump and engine fabricated from suitable MS Channel as per manufacturer's recommendations. d) Suitable RCC pump foundations as per manufacturer's design 8 Nos Dunlop Anti-vibration (cushy foot) heavy duty mounting pads.

Providing and fixing Automatic motor control centres fabricated from 16 gauge M.S. sheet with Powder Coated finish. The control panels should be compatible with H.P. of the motor as under and as per spcifications with automatic star delta starters. ( to be located in the plant room). The Incomming feeder shall be provided and fitted with One main isolation MCCB TPN of Min. 300 Amps. rating. Fully taped aluminium bus bar of required capacity in a separate bus bar chamber. One 96 mm square panel type voltmeter reading 0-500 V with rotary selector switch for reading voltage between phases.
