Barracading of the activety area by way of fixing G.I pipes in proper position (supplied from the PHE department) and fixing angle iron posts for supporting structure (supplied from Divisional store Poonch) duely tied with binding wire including cost of binding wire finely included dismantelling,dismembering the same and supplying the same in respective stores and all To an Fro carraiges complete job.

Construction of wooden stage of required height (materials got from Divisional store) including necessary nails and handing over the materials to store officer and incl.To and Fro carraige from site to store complete job.

Providing and fixing red colour passage carpet/mat on wooden floor (stage) including handing over the materials to Divisional store officer and all carraiges complete.

providing C.G.I sheets for laying over muddy portion of ground (C.G.I sheets got from Divisional store) including lifting back to Divisional store and incl.To and Fro carraige from site to store complete job.

Providing and fixing white cloth width 1m or above including ropes of good quality to fix with iron angle described by Engineer incharge complete job.

Removal of unhygienic materials (so classified by the site engineer) from designated sites and its disposal as per directions, all inclusive.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc.wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.NOTE:- To be used for maintenance work judicially necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done
