Providing/Laying 100mm Wet mix macadam on the preprared sub base with crushed quarry stone agg. of spacified grading ( as per IRC/MOST specification) including mixing of crushed material with pre determined quantity of water ( which should not varry from OMC determined as per IS:2720 PT-VIII by more than agg. limit) in accordince with specification to form dense mass which is spread and rolled with vibatory roller 80-100 KN speed of which should not exceed 5 Kms per Hour each layer and rolling should countinue till 98% density is achieved to approved lines / grades , X-sectons. The mixing is to be prepared in approved mechnical mixing plant of suitable capacity ( excluding laying of cold Emulsion with Bitumen pressure sprayer on surface free from dust dirt, wetness @0.75 Kgs/Sqm complete(but excluding cost of cold Emulsion) incld. all carriages taxes, octories, TP & E Testing Charges during execution of work complete job. incld: scarifing where ever required

Providing and applying of tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS 8887 , using emulision pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom on WBM /W.M.M @ 04 Kg/sqm

P/L of Bitumenous macadam base course with stone agg. of quality size and grading as specified in C.P.W. D specifications and straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 @ 3.30% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone agg. and bitumen in hot mix plant transporting, mixed material and laying mixed with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density confirming to MOST specification (50mm compacted thickness) complete including cost and carriage of all materials.
