Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 12 Watt LED recessed/mounted (round or square) Down lighters having aluminum body, minimum 100im/w, average life 50000 hours, Operating temperature -10`C to +45`C. The job includes replacement warranty of fixture if damaged/ burnt out what so ever reason for a period of two years reckoned from the date of successful commissioning/ handing over of site to the intending department. (Havells/ Philips/ Crompton/ Jaguar/Wipro).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of1200 mm sweep ceiling fans of Havells/ Crompton Greaves/Bajaj/ Usha (Sample to be got approved), incl. cost of ceiling rose (if required) and making of necessary connections.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 200 mm sweep shutter type exhaust fans, incl. cost of ceiling rose and making of space in walls/ windows as per site and necessary connections. (Havells/ Philips/ Crompton/ Anchor).

Supplying and fixing of modular blanking plates on existing modular plate and switch box ,excluding modular plate as required.

Wiring for circuits/ sub mains along with earth wire in FRLS PVC insulated 660/1100volt grade flexible stranded copper conductor wires of Polycab/ Havells/ Anchor/ Finolex make in recessed or surface conduiting system, excluding cost of conduits

Supply and fixing of 25 mm dia. Medium grade PVC conduit incl. its allied accessories like bends and concealed deeps, etc. for laying of wires, recessed in RCC slab / walls including refacing of walls or fixed with necessary clips and rowel plugs complete.

Supply and fixing of fan deep made of heavy gauge sheet in RCC slabs

Supply and fixing of 12 way , Double door surface/ recess mounting , Horizontal type, 240 V, SP&N MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs, excluding cost of MCBs and Incomer.

Supply and fixing of two module stepped electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box, incl. connections but excluding modular plate etc. as reqd.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 5-32A single pole rating 240/415V, 10 KA “C” curve MCB of Legrand/ Havells/ L&T suitable for inductive load in the MCB distribution board complete with necessary connections.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 32A DP rating 240/415V, 10 KA “C” curve MCB of Legrand/ Havells/ L&T suitable for inductive load in the MCB distribution board complete with necessary connections.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 40A DP rating 240/415V, 10 KA “C” curve MCB of Legrand/ Havells/ L&T suitable for inductive load in the MCB distribution board complete with necessary connections.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 63A DP rating 240/415V, 10 KA “C” curve MCB of Legrand/ Havells/ L&T suitable for inductive load in the MCB distribution board complete with necessary connections.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wall/floor mounted compartmentalized , main distribution panels, fabricated out of 16 gauge sheet steel, dust protected, painted, incl. earth terminal with all necessary accessories with internal wiring as required (CPRI Approved). The panel is to be provided with the following adjustable type controlling/ protection switch gear devices: 1.NORMAL INCOMING 125A DP MCB 10KA 01 no. 250A SP&N bus bar AL. Strips 01 set Digital meter and phase indicators 01 set. 2. Generator INCOMER 100A change over switch 01 no. 200A SP&N bus bar AL. Strips 01 set Digital meter and phase indicators 01 set. 3.INVERTER/ SOLAR INCOMER 40A DP MCB 10KA 01 no. 100A P&N bus bar AL. Strips 01 set Digital meter and phase indicators 01 set. OUTGOING 100A DP MCB 10KA 02 no. 63A DP MCB 10KA 02 no 40A DP MCB 10KA 02 no The contractor has to submit the test certificate of main switch gear.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 mtr. Long 40 mm dia. Including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangements and watering pipe, trenching and filling with charcoal/coke and salt.

Providing and fixing of 25mmx5mm GI strip on surface or in recess for extending the earthing from earth electrode to controlling panelin one rim to be laid through required dia. of PVC conduit.

Supply, laying, connecting and commissioning of 35 sq. mm 2 core XLPE/ PVC insulated and steel armored 1.1 KV grade Aluminum LT cable from LT panel to LT pole, incl. cost of required al. thimbles duly crimped. (Over head/ under ground).
