Supply and installation of Spiral Earthing through 10 swg GI wire and GI pipe 2ft. after driving in ground up to a depth of 3' in the ground from the base of the pole.

Providing of service connection and earthings to luminaire from the junction box in 1.5 mm PVC insulated, multicolour copper wire .

Painting of pole with one coat of red oxide and two coats of Al. paint.

Erection of metallic pole 8.0 metre and upto 10.0 metre in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of LED based Flood light, housing made up of pressure die cast aluminum Alloy with effective thermal management,sturdiness and embossed brand name/logo name of manufacturer. The fixture should have a minimum system efficacy of greater than 120 lumen/Watt and a minimum system lumen output of 18000 lumens and maximum system wattage of 150 Watts.The fixture shall have a CRI of minimum 70, SDCM5. The fixture shall be designed for a system life of 50,000 hours @70% lumen maintenance. Ingress Protection of IP66 (lamp and gear Compartment) and Mechanical Impact Resistance Rating of IK =07 with toughened glass cover.The fixture driver should have an operating voltage range of 140-270 V, inner surge protection of =4KV, PF 0.95 and THD10% at full load. Driver should cut off at high voltage of 320volt for safety. The fixture should comply with the parameters as per IS10322. The LED driver should comply to IEC61000-3-2 ed.3.2, 2009 for Harmonics. Manufacturer shall have inhouse lab approved by NABL. LM 79 and LM80 reports need to be submitted from a NABL/UL accredited lab to verify above parameters. Philips/ Havell ( Jeta Aris)/ Wipro/ Crompton make ( sample to be approved before installation)

S/L , testing and commissioning of, XLPE Insulated, PVC Alluminium un-armoured cable 650 V/1100 V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with upto Date Amendments.Havell/Eq. standard make as directed by engineer incharge and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs of required size.
