Wiring for lighting circuits/ inverter circuits/ 6- 10 amp power plugwith 2X2.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor ( Havell/Polycab/ Fenolex/Anchor/ equivalent as directed by engineer incharge.) single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No. 2.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI/ PVC box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 2 nos. 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 2 nos. 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required. (For light plugs to be used in non residential buildings). Modular Switch & Socket:- ( Anchor roma plus/Legrand Mylinc /SSK NV/schneider Livia /ABB Tvisha / eq. make.) Sample to be approved by EIC.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI/PVC box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of 6-16mm Cu thimbles duly cramped at cable ends.

Supplying and fixing modular blanking plate on the existing modular plate & switch box excluding modular plate as required.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Indicator of Anchor roma plus/Legrand Mylinc /SSK NV/schneider Livia /Crabtree athena make.)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor ( Havell/Polycab/ Fenolex/ Anchor/ equivalent as directed by engineer incharge.), single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit/duct of legrand/ eq. standard make. as required.

(b) 2 X 16sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire ( sub main wire from main panel to Individual DB's)

Sub Head-2 - Fixtures and Fittings

Supply installation testing and commissioning of 18 W + LED Surface/recess, square or round Mounted light luminary fitting shape with minimum system lumen efficacy of 100 lm/W with Pressure Die cast Aluminium Heat Sink and P.F.0.95 ,THD10% ,CCT 5700K, CRI 80.The LED with Useful life of 50000 Hrs at L70, seperate driver, heat sink, earthing provision.. The Input voltage range shall be 150V to 270V .The Fixture should have In-built Surge Protection of 2kV. Certification:- LM79 & LM80 test report should be from govt approved In-house NABL lab/ government of India. The job includes AMC (reckoned from date of successful commissioning) of lighting fixtures for a period of Two years ,which includes replacement of fixtures of Philips/ Trilux/Wipro/ Equivalent standard make / sample to be approved before installation..

S/F testing and comm. Of 20 Watt 4 ft. wall mounted LED batten with powdered coated aluminum housing & integrated electronic driver with THD10%.( commercial series) Philips / Trilux/ wipro make/ eq. standard make as directed by engineer incharge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1200 mm sweep, ceiling fan with 3 No. Aluminium blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2nos. canopies, shackle kit, Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, and including Fan Junction complete . USHA /Havells /Crompton make, sample to be approved before installation..

Supply and fixing of 6 amp/250 V A.C fan dimmer step type 2 module with cover plate Anchor roma plus/Legrand Mylinc /ABB Tivsha/schneider Livia /Havell Coral make.

Supply installation testing and comm. Of 250mm -300mm sweep exhaust fan Shutter type of havell /USHA/Crompton/equivalent make as directed by engineer incharge, including making of space in wall/ window as per site requirement and necessary connections.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of relay type voltage stabilizer 2 KVA operating from input voltage 110-260 Volts thereby producing output voltage of 220 volts +/- 3 % ( Vguard/ Livgaurd/LG make)

S/F testing and comm. Of MCB's 10 K of the below mentioned capacities in sub main controls ABB SB200/Legrand Dx3/Seimens Betaguard/ Schneider Acti_9/equivalent make as directed by engineer incharge.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board,( legrand/ Shinider/ABB make) 240 V, on surface/ recess,complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar,din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc.as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing following way, Triple pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board,( legrand/ Shinider/Hager make) 240 V, on surface/ recess,complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar,din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc.as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Providing of Chemical earthing as per IS standards by way of digging 10' deep pit then embedding 3 meter G.I Earthing electrode , 80mm dia. connecting the plate with main control board by 10 SWG copper wire with 1/2" dia.
