The pump shall be provided with mechanical seal complete as required.

SITC of horizontally centrifugal end suction pump (Main Electric Pump) complete for delivery 1650 ltr/ min against a total head of 70mtrs. With 60 HP three phase motor with speed of 2900 rpm with bronze impeller and coupling, base frame and AVM pads complete as required. The pump shall be provided with mechanical seal.

Earthwork excavation in trenches including backfilling and leveling the top after laying of MS pipe.

Chemical earthing (03 nos.) and lightening arrestor of fire fighting machines by excavation of pit proper size from main body and neutral for providing and laying of copper rod in hard and soft soil suitable for 12 feet long copper electrode followed by filling of required quantity of earthing chemical. P/F of suitable copper strip from copper electrode upto the machines. The job includes filling of pit with excavated soil with fitment of all kinds of earthing material.

Supply & installation of weather proof hose cabinets fabricated from 18 swg MS sheet/section with full front glass door and suitable to accommodate 02 nos 15 mtr long hoses and 01 no branch pipes as required.

SITC of Air vessel 450mm dia and 1.5 mtr high withdished top, made of 6mm thick MS pipe complete with provision for 25 NB dia gun metal air release valve, 20mm dia stop valve, 25Nb gun metal pressure release valve, 25NB drain valve, pressure gauge & all accessories as required and painted.

SITC of gunmetal suction coupling for Fire Brigade drawal of water from fire tank of 100 mm dia.

Supply, Installtion, Testing and Commissioning of UL listed & FM Approved micro processor based 2 wire fault tolerant Four loop panel expandable upto 08 loops along with network card, of following loop capacity (each loop accessing minimum 125 detectors and 125 modules ) fire alarm/detection and voice evacuation control panel with 960 Character LCD Display with sufficient panel enclosure and cabinet size to accomodate Integrated voice evacuation unit for automated messaging. The panel shall be able to give location of all fire/fault conditions of addressable units via the address codes and capable of zone indication display LEDs on the main panel using the mountable LED strips on the panel. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch ON /OFFrespective control module when ever any alarm is triggered. The panel shall have rectifier, Loop cards, L C D unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address and analog output, external/inbuilt printer to log all fire or fault events complete in all respects. The panel shall have a built in power supply and battery charger along with maintenance free 24 AH, 2 x 12 volt SMF Lead acid batteries capable of running for a minimum of 8 hours with battery charger complete as required.

Providing and fixing of Fire Auto Glow signage boards in sticker/ acrylic sheet form on boards made out of 3 mm thick PVC foam board of 1.5 cm height. The size of the board should be 60cm x 45 cm at appropriate locations.

Drilling of Borewell in the premesis of District Hospital Udhampur to fill the water tank of fire hydrant system including all the electromechanical components including DG set of appropriate capacity for its proper functioning and all allied works.

Annual Maintenance Contract for 1 year. 1) AMC includes checking, inspection, maintenance and testing of system on quarterly basis.
