Repairs/ replacement of vacuum pump by way of Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of 10 HP three cylinder vacuum pump with piston displacement not less than 149 cfm, complete unit with all standard accessories like 10 HP electric induction motor, starter MUG 10, Single phase preventer, 63 Ampere 3 pole MCCB, vacuum limit switch (installed on suction tank), moisture separator, exhaust pipe, vacuum filters, high efficiency filters for pump exhaust and confirming to IS code 6849-1, 6849-2. The job shall include any other accessory provided as a standard supply by the OEM for safe operation of the machine. The job includes providing and fitting of control cable required for the operation of both vacuum pumps (new & old). The job includes excavation of a suitable sized pit for laying of concrete foundation in M20 mix The job further includes P/F of foundation bolts as per the slots provided in the base frame of machine All tool, tackles, shuttering etc are included.

Providing and laying of 03 core, 6 mm sq. PVC insulated multistranded, sheathed copper cable conforming to IS-694 from vacuum pump to panel and from panel to main supply. All cabling/ wiring to be done as per standard wiring codes duly clamped/ saddled/ crimped/ thimble & conducted on walls/ trays/ ceiling

Providing and fixing line isolation ball valve bronze body with brass fittings for suction line conforming to IS code 9890
