Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of Oxygen Generation Plants (03 nos.) 750 LPM capacity each, including their Main electric distribution Panel 02 no, individual Panels/PLCs, cables; installed at Associated Hospital, GMC Kathua. Comprehensive Maintenance Contract shall ensure reliability, quick availability and trouble-free operation of Oxygen Generation Plants along with electrical panels. CAMC covers all the equipments of OGPs as listed below: • Compressed Air System which includes compressors (complete), filters, valves, its pipeline, Air tanks and accessories. • Filtration System which includes complete Air Dryers (Refrigeration type), Carbon towers, Inline filters, valves, auto drain valves, its pipeline and accessories. • Oxygen Generator Modules which include its filters, PLCs, Main Oxygen Concentrators complete (including Zeolite), its towers, Oxygen tanks, Pressure control station (including sensors) along with all pneumatic system and hoses/pipes, valves, its pipeline, Oxygen changeover panels, manifold (inside OMOG plant room), UPS (03 nos.) and accessories. • Electrical equipments like Main Distribution Panels 02 no, Incomer ACB Panel 2 no., Individual Panels and electrical cables (of air compressor, air dryer and oxygen generator module), their earthings, cable trays, duct exhaust fans (02 nos. 24”/600 mm each), etc. Unlimited breakdown calls 24X7 even on holidays to resolve the faults in equipments of OGPs as mentioned in scope of this CAMC CAMC includes general check-up visits for trouble free operation of OGPs and to take necessary preventive steps to eliminate/ reduce breakdowns time of plant. It includes complete servicing (including consumables of all the equipments except fuel for DG as described in scope of work) as per the proposal schedule (i.e.: quarterly / half yearly/ 9 months / annually/ preventive maintenance). CAMC includes repairs of any part of OGPs which may develop defect, to make it functional up to the standard of OEM and it is to be ensured that the efficiency of the Plant remains up to the mark. If the defect in any part is non-repairable or if on repairs of any part, the efficiency of the plant is under par, the defective part is to be replaced by new one. The rates are including all charges for works involved in CAMC and all kind of taxes as applicable.
