Design,Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Control panel comprises of a sheet metal enclosure with hinged front door, back wall mounting type with provision for incoming & outgoing cable entry. Electric panel shall be protected against duct and jets of water per rating IP55 and shall have been tested and certified as such by a Govt. of India Test Laboratory and to be enclosed with tendering documents. Panel comprise of motors (1x5hp+2x2hp+1x3hp+1x1hp with2x7.5hp+1x5hp+1x2hp VFD), stand alone dongle for programming of pumps and lights main switch, contactors, switch fuse, MCB, push button on off switches, indicating lamps, capacitor, step down transformer, Sequencer for LED Lights etc. complete with internal wiring(Warranty Period for 2 years) OASE/Waterworks International/Premierworld MakeThe panel should be placed within 10 m from the water body. Special polyamide cable gland. Compact socket head fasteners and mounting bracket. The housing, top cover and bracket are in noryl construction,fasteners of stainless steel complete in all respects(Warranty Period for 2 years) of BNA/PEM/Premierworld/ krabb/Philips/Equivalent Make which shall be protected against duct and jets of water per rating IP68 and shall have been tested and certified as such by a Govt. of India Test Laboratory and to be enclosed with tendering documents.

ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE MAINTENANCE FREE COPPER ROD EARTHING SYSTEM Necessary soil treatment is to be made by the contractor in order to improve the Pit resistance Value. Supply,Installation and Testing of 75 mm copper Pipe Filled with Crystalline conductive Mixture with Eco friendly GEM Backfill Compound 2No. Bags also having Earth pit chamber (300mm x 300mm) with man- hole cover for the above. Including cost of 12 SWG 6mm copper earthing solid type wire as required in one run (for both fountain motor & Control Panel fitted) with of brass nut bolt & spring washer from EARTHING ROD up to MAIN Control PANEL through suitable DWC High Density Poly ethylene Pipe having Corrugation complete job.
