Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of wall/free standing floor mounted dust and vermin proof compartmentalized cubical panel for electrical works, made out of CRCA sheet with 800 Amp MCCB of Make ABB, L&T, Havells, Schneider, having breaking capacity 50 KA, 4P MCCB ICU = 100% ICS, Aluminium Bus Bar 1200 Amp set of 4 strips with length range of 18 inch to 24 inch Other parameters required as per below mentioned points. (a) Thickness of sheet shall not be less than 1.6 mm up to 600 mm length/width of any compartment and be of 2.0 mm above 600 mm. Load bearing structure shall be of 2.0 mm thick sheet supported by base M.S. channel if required. Side walls and cable alley compartment shaving bolted type doors with/without detachable extension type structure (b) Panel shall be duly treated for derusting in 7 tank process with de phosphating and with powder coating of minimum 70 microns on both side of panel in desired shade The panel having PU/Neoprene rubber gasket of not less than 3mm thickness, required hardware, separate detachable gland plate M.S. base channel (min 75mm), hinged door with locking arrangement for equipment/switchgear c) Interconnection between bus bar and switch gears/cable shall be rigidly supported and made out by flexible copper wires (upto 125 amp) and by solid bus bar ( 125) (01 no. Panel). Complete job as per site requirement and as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing the damaged 400 KVA Oil cooled Automatic Voltage controlled Servo Stabilizer installed at backside of 100 bedded Emergency ofGMCH, Jammu by way disconnecting all incoming and outgoing electric connections, Dragging out the stabilizer from the site manually/mechanically by deploying skilled labour using tools and tackles and draining out of Transformer oil and storing it properly in barrels. Dismantling of servo by unfastening nut bolts of top cover there by extracting out the coils along with core by mean of chain pulley block and tripod stand. Job includes repairing of damaged/worn-out parts & replacement of damaged Dimmer coil 02 nos. with new one, repairing to the other dimmer coil by way of polishing with emery paper and proper varnishing, replacement of control cards 02 nos., synchronous motor 02 nos. Limit switches 01 no., moving arm finger assy. 3nos. with carbon brushes and holders with bushes, replacement of Voltmeter 01 no., Ammeter 3nos, motor gear 02nos, torque Gear-01 nos. and phase indicators set with changing of panel wiring and internal wiring etc. Lubrication of all the gear of servo motor, servicing of oil chamber by checking for leakage and plugging if any by way of welding and applying adhesive to make it to leak proof. Assembling of stabilizer, filling of fresh servo-oil upto required level (app. 250 litres) and topping up with reprocessing/de-hydrated old servo-oil so that all coils were fully immersed in the oil. Job also includes replacing of damaged internal control wiring, repairs to internal wiring, providing and fitting of all the incoming and outgoing connection plates with copper terminals, cleaning and tightening of all contact by using sand paper and then charging the stabilizer on no load for 6 hours and then testing the stabilizer on full load. Complete job comprises of cost of material and labour charges, transportation, reinstalling, tools and tackles and other unforeseen material for execution of job and taxes thereof.
