Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including curing complete including all carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footings basses of columns etc . For mass concrete including all carriages.

12mm Cement plaster of mix in 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including all carriages.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, including all carriages.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm, including all carriages

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete.On steel work

Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same withsuitable sized aluminum alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame ofM.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along with theft resistant measures mounted and fixed with 2 nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post made upto M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6mm welded withbase plate of size 100x100x5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angle flats, providing and fixing M.S. message plate ofrequired size steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical M.S.-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminum sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coats including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 16.66.1 Mandatory/Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diameter with part as length of 3750 mm.

Providing and laying of MS Pipe in proper position and slope, on first class bedding of granular material in single row, including excavation, backfilling, and cushioning over pipes to the required gradient and camber, including cost of pipes and carriage by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work complete job. 36'-00 dia MS Pipe.
