Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Structural steel work Welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

P/F of 40 mm Wall Panel, Polyurethane Foam, Fire Resistant, with 0.5mm Color Coated GI Sheet of each side, incl, cost of corner plates,side channels, and other fittings/ fixtures etc all complete as per the directions of Incharge Engineer.

Providing/Fixing of CGI Colour coated (Hi-Rib) profile sheets for roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with Polymer coated J or l hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I Limpet washers or with G.I Limpet washers (0.50mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275g/sqm) including ridges, hips, valleys and carraiges of materials all complete.

P/F of 0.5mm Pre coated GS for Soffit/Eaves Boarding etc,incl frame work in wood 1" *2" , incl all angles,cleats and other necessary fitings/ fixtures etc all complete as per the directions of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.) Polyester powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of polyester powder coated 50 microns). For fixed portions.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board (conforming to IS: 12823 Grade-I type-II) in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-incharge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineerin-charge. (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) With float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg / sqm)

Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour or shade (Area of slab upto 0.5 sqm)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Lighting point (One lighting point) includes wiring of lighting point in 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire and 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated multistandard copper wire , 6 Amp one way switch , 6 Amp S pole MCB, 10 amp DP MCB, 2 way DB MCB and hylem sheet with 16/15 Watt LED surface lights including cost of channels as per requirement One Point controlled by One 6 Amp switch (upto 10 meters) including placing and fixing in position 25mm PVC Conduit pipes with necessary bends and other fittings in RCC works including Cost of Service line as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Heating point ( One heating point ) including wiring of lighting pointin 2.5Sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire and 4.00 Sq.mm PVC insulated Multistrand copper wire, 16 Amp one way switch, 10 Amp S pole MCB, Two way DB MCB and hylem sheet including placing and fixing in position deep junction of cast iron with network . Conduit pipes with necessary fittings in RCC work complete as per the directions of Incharge Engineer.

Providing and fixing of one fan point including wiring for lighting points in 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire and 2.5Sq.mm PVC in multistrand copper wire 1200mm ceiling fan Electronic fan dimmer, 6 Amp S pole MCB, 10 Amp DP MCB, 2 Way DB for Housing MCB or Lighting Circuits and hylem sheets including placing and fixing in position fan clamp boxes with MS Fan clamps connected with network conduit pipes with necessary fittings in RCC work complete as per the directions of Incharge Engineer.
