Wiring for supply / sub-main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. HDPE PIPE 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

SITC (Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning) of wall/free standing floor mounted dust and vermin proof compartmentalized cubical panel for electrical Works, made out of CRCA (Cold Rolled Close Annealed) sheet. Other parameters required as per point (a) Thickness of sheet shall not be less than 1.6 mm up to 600 mm length/width of any compartment and be of 2.0 mm above 600 mm. Load bearing structure shall be of 2.0 mm thick sheet supported by base M.S. channel if required. Side walls and cable alley compartment shaving bolted type doors with/without detachable extension type structure (b) Panel shall be duly treated for derusting in 7 tank process with de phosphating and with powder coating of minimum 70 microns on both side of panel in desired shade The panel having PU/Neoprene rubber gasket of not less than 3mm thickness, required hardware, separate detachable gland plate M.S. base channel (min 75mm), hinged door with locking arrangement for equipment/switchgear c) Interconnection between bus bar and switch gears/cable shall be rigidly supported and made out by flexible copper wires (upto 125 amp) and by solid bus bar ( 125). (d) Only outer area on all sides shall be measured & panel to be fabricated only from CPRI approved fabricator CPRI Test certificates to be submitted) All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. (Thermal Magnetic type, Adjustable type

Supplying and fixing of following rating 240/415 volts "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of GI Electrode Earthing with 50mm dia and 3 meter length, with 3mm thick the electrode should be hot-dip galvinised. The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Materila (CCM). The GI electrode shall be surrounded with BEE MOIST compound to provide maximum contact betwen the electrode and compound should be eco-friendly GI Electrode Earthing should be maintenance free and does not require regular manual addition of water . The earthing pit should be covered with PVC cover.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthling as required.

Design, manufacture and supply of outdoor type of three phase 415 volt LT unbalanced 10 KVA servo controlled automatic voltage stabilizer copper wound oil cooled type designed for input voltage 160 V to 450 V phase to phase and output voltage 415 V ± 1% phase to phase and 230 volt ± 1% phase to neutral and frequency 50 HZ +/- 3%. The no load current shall not be more than 5% of the rated output current. The stabilizer shall be totally powder coated from outside to have aesthetic outlook and inside of tank should be zinc chromate painted. Panel should be screen-printed. The unit shall be housed in sheet steel of 14 gauge thickness having wheels with sturdy construction to withstand the rigorous shifting movement, repair works and handling. The unit shall be supplied with first filling of fresh filtered transformer oil having dielectric strength and shall be suitable for unbalanced input voltage and unbalanced output load. PROTECTIONS - Under voltage , over voltage , short circuit, overload and surge protection through suitable capacity MCCB BYPASS ARRANGEMENT - Bypass arrangement shall be provided through suitable capacity bypass switch and complete with cement concrete platform of required size as per instruction of Engineer in-charge and RiTES/CEIL (Tested) Certificate in this respect to be submitted. The job includes CAMC for 2 Years after DLP of 1 Year.

CAMC (Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract) for Four years after defect liability period of 1 year (10% increased every year)
