Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate [size range 53mm to 0.075mm] to Wet Mix Macadam [WMM] specification inclduing, premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site all leads, lifts and carriage laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in Sub BAse/ BAse Course on well prepared surface adn compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions at Engineer-in-charge [ in two layers] [including all leads, lifts, and carriage complete ] 75mm thick

Providing and laying premixing bituminous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as per specified in CPWD specifications and straight run bitumen of Viscous Grade of VG 30 @ 40% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporating, mixed material and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achive the required compacted thickness at 110-130 degree centigrade incl. heating costs with all carriages, leads, lifts, cost of using material invloved TP&E / Labour octori charges, taxes fee testing etc during execution of work quality control incl. primer emulsion / tack coat [ incl. cost of tar] 50mm thick [including all leads, lifts, and carriage complete ]

Providing and laying 25mm thick Semi dense Bituminious concrete on surface with specified graded stone aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggrgate in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tipper to paver and laying the mixed material with mechanical paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power road roller to achieve the desired density and compaction including cost of priming / tack coat, with dressing of berms including cutting/ filling with RBM up to 1m width on both sides of the road surface as per requirement at site (Bitumen used shall be of 60/70 grade and grading of mix shall be as per the clause No. 508 of MORT & H). (Rate to be quoted per unit for finished item inclusive of cost of bitumen) (incl. loading & unloading with complete job)
