Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level: Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and Applying 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 :6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) including curring complete.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete at window sills, ceiling level and the like: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) (Nallah)

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth: With bond stone. (Nallah)

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) (Quarray)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying Backfilling Behind R/wall with Nallah Muck/GSB Incl all cost and carriages complete.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) Flush/Ruled Pointing

Structural steel work in single section, angle iron posts / frame work, (Angle Post of Required size Available at Site) fixed with or without connecting plate, riveted and bolted, including nuts. bolts, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, embedding the Tee Joint, in above ground concrete step upto 2' depth and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and paint of required colour labour charge for Placing the post in position & cutting the available angle post into required size & shape as per the direction engineer incharge incl carriage all complete. incl head load and carriage complete

Providing and fixing steel barbed wire approached brand including tighting in proper position with in between the wire along the length including all necessary fitting and fixing complete. As by direction of Engineer-in-charg. 165g/kg weight,

Providing and fixing G. I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50 x 50 mm, made of G. I. wire of dia 4 mm, coated with red-oxide primer and synthetic enamel paint, to achieve outer dia, not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade, including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.incl head load and carriage complete

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and laying chisel dressed Devri Stone tile of size 200x150 or size as per availabe face with 25-35 mm depth in cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) upto plinth level including curing. Fine chisel dressed Extra for fine chisel dressed Devri Stone in square or rectangular Pillars

Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminum alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along with theft resistant measures mounted and fixed with 2 nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post made upto M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angle flats, providing and fixing M.S. message plate of required size steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical M.S.-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminum sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coats including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Mandatory/Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diameter with part as length of 3750 mm.
