Providing and laying in position cement concrete 100mm thick of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 4.4.7 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) over soling.

CAST-IN-SITU) Providing and laying of RCC strap foundation of 203.2mm thick and 609.6mm wide, including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level M20concrete 4.4.3 i,e; 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5-20 mm nominal size) over PCC(mud mate)

Providing and laying of Plinth of 400mm thick and 228.6mm in height plum concrete 4.4.5 i,e; 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 12.5-20 mm nominal size) with Plum Size not exceeding 200mm and quantity not exceeding 20% of volume (use approved Boulder as plum).

Providing and laying of RCC short foundation column of 406.4mm thick and 406.4 wide and 1.5’ height, including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level M25 concrete i,e; 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 12.5-20 mm nominal size) over plum concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: 4.6.1 Foundations, footings, bases of column etc. for mass concrete.

SUB-BASE : Providing and laying of dry soling in plinth area with rounded stones size range (200-400mm) fully compact sub-base including stone packing hand-set with broader side flat, filling voids/interstices with smaller size stones, binding layer of sand or stone grit including compaction and including carriage upto the site.

Fabrication, providing & grouting of 04 Nos. foundation bolts 18mm dia, 13” long to each rectangular tubular post in RCC block in such a way that these should match with holes of the bottom plates of the rectangular tubular posts including nuts and washer plates complete. All the tools & tackles required for the execution of the job are to be arranged & brought to the sight by the contracting agency.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level 5.22.1 Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars

12.23. Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape, colour and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
