Aluminum composite panel double skin acoustic panel body with aluminium profile and thermal break aluminum body of air handling unit to maintain the sound level to 60db which as per to NABH Guideline. SURGEON'S CONTROL PANEL The surgeon control panel should meet Electrical safety codes for high & low voltage system, wired to the current IEE regulations. The room Surgeon’s control panel should be modifiable with changing technology & equipment in operating environments. Control Pane lwill be user friendly & ease of operating & maintaining purpose. The panel should be “Membrane” type; configured t o incorporate all theservicesthatoperationroomstaffrequired.Thefasciashouldbemadewith superior quality UV resistance membrane with sterilization feature. The Panel should contain 6 or 9 service tiles as below: 1.TimeDayClock.2.TimeElapseDayClock.3.GeneralLightingSystem. 4. Medical Gas Alarm Panel. 5. Hand Free Telephone set with memory.6. Temperature & humidity indicator with controller. 7. HEPA Filter Status module. 8. Room Pressure Indicator. 9. Music control. SS Pass Box:- SS 304 pass box having double door with interlock, Solid door with electrical interlocking, Window with tempered glass, UV lamp for sterilization. Storage Unit Providing and fixing Storage unit of size 1800 X 1200 X 250mm having three Shelves made of SS 304 grade, 5mm thick, Heat strengthens anti-microbial coating glass shutters. Writing Board flush mounted with sterile jointing systems, 1.50 MM thick white laminate board, bended to a 02 MM steel sheet for the additional rigidity. Modular stainless surgical scrub station or sink specially designed for the use in Operation Theater. It should be easy and conveniently foot operated & sensors based for hand free operation. It should be designed for the use of minimum two surgeons simultaneously.
