15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1: 6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)=136m²

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer= 136 m²

Providing and fixing of granite slabs (first quality) on walls incl. all lead lift, carriage, laying, rubbing and polishing complete.=25 m²

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the ext side , upto seven storey height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintain it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for the payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and Fitting of 03 No. Load Hooks having Capacity of Min 3 tonnes

Electrification of the Lift: 03 Phase Power Supply, Db Box 12Way 01 No., ELCB 4 Pole 40 A 300mAmp 01 No., MCB 4 Pole 40Amp 01 No., ELCB 2 Pole 25 Amp 30mamps, MCB 2 Pole 25 A 01 No., Bulk Head Lights 08 No., Switch and Socket 8 No. The job also includes 02 No. Separate Earthing with G.I earth plate (600 x 600) mm thick including accessories & providing masonry enclosure with M.S cover plate & Watering pipe of 40 mm dia etc. as required with charcoal and Salt including excavation and back filling complete as required.

Documentation Fee: -Charges on account of approval for installation of lift from lift inspector and renewal of the approval thus obtained.
