The job includes welding of elbows through hot plate welding process with the HDPE main/sub-main pipe/HDPE risers and other requisite spots as per layout drawing .The job includes skilled labour, hot plate welding equipment, arrangement of power supply/ Generator, fuel, necessary tools and tackes with all leads and lifts.

Installation, testing, and commissioning of 75 mm dia PN-10 HDPE TEEs. The job includes welding of TEEs through hot plate welding process with the HDPE main/sub-main pipe/HDPE risers and other requisite spots as per layout drawing.The job includes skilled labour, hot plate welding equipment, arrangement of power supply/Generator with fuel, necessary tools and tackes with all leads and lifts.

Installation and testing of 75 mm x 32mm HDPE Service Saddle and Male Threaded Adaptor (MTA of 32mm Size) on HDPE Sub-main pipes at requisite spots as per layout drawing and and as per site requirement. The job includes skilled labour, drilling equipment/ necessary tools and tackes with all leads and lifts.

Installation and testing of riser ( Nominal Dia 32mm) by way of cutting of LLDPE pipe of requisite lengths and connecting of risers with already fitted Male Threded Adapters on Sub Main pipe lines as per layout drawing and as per site requirement.

Installation and testing of 65 mm dia Control valves including rubber washer on HDPE pipe (75mm dia) as sectional and isolation valves excluding the cost of Nuts and bolts. The control valves are to be installed as per the layout drawing and site requirement.

Installation and testing of 75 mm dia HDPE Tail Piece by hot plate welding.

Supply, Installation and testing and commissioning of 75mm dia HDPE Flange by hot plate welding.

Providing and fitting of Nuts, bolts and washers of Assorted size.

Installation and testing of 75 mm dia Compression MTA alongwith threaded End cap (Flush Valve).

Installation and testing of 32 mm ND LLDPE pipe as lateral lines including 32 mm Compresson fittings like end caps, tee's, joiner, bends and Rotating Head Mini Sprinklers with MS risers, Vinyl tubings, stake assemblies for one complete Segment as per layout drawing. The job includes cutting, punching and laying of LLDPE Pipe as per site requirement and testing of one Segment for a period of minimum 30 minutes. Further the job includes dismanting and proper stacking of lateral lines (LLDPE pipe network) including compression fitting and sprinkler assembly after successful testing of one segment. Fuel, necessary POLs for testing, operation of D.G Set, Pumps (Submersible and Horizontal) and monitering of Pump house during operation is to be provided and arranged by the Firm. One segment of this Bore well Scheme consists of following items: 1. LLDPE Pipe = 255 m. 2. Sprinklers's =30 No. 3. Compression End Cap = 10 No. 4. Compression Tee = 5 No. 5. Compression Bends as per site requirement 6. Compression Joiner as per site requirement. Note: This Borewell scheme consists of 56 No. of Segments.

Installation and testing of sand filter of capacity 20 m3/hr with back wash assembly including filling of filter media in head unit as per site requirment.

Providing and fitting of 50mm NB Gun Metal Gate valve with C.I wheel of approved quality( Screw end) as per site requirement.

Providing and fitting of GI Nipple (25mmx150mm) as per site requirement.

Providing and fitting of GI Hose Nipple (20mm) as per site requirement.

Providing, fitting and laying of 100 mm Nominal Bore (Class B) GI Pipe with fittings for sleeve to the exposed main/ envisaged road cuts. The sleeve is to be embedded in excavated trench as per the site requirement.

Video recording and phototgraphy of day to day activities during execution and testing of Saffron work as per site requirement. The firm shall provide vedio recordings/ still photographs of saffron work in a Fresh Pen drive of 8GB (01No.), including post card size colour printed copies of Geo tag photographs on photo paper (minimum 40 No's).

Complete Round the Clock Watch and ward including Material Handling and Storage of all the material/inventory (both Departmental and Supplied by firm) at site during the currency of contract i.e. from the date of start of work till its final handover/takeover with intending department (Agriculture Department).

Providing of Labour(Helper) for bundling, measuring/counting, stacking etc. at the time of final Handover/Takeover of Bore well to the indenting department(Agriculture Department) after testing and commissioning.

Carriage on account of return of excess/unused material from the Bore well site to the Divisional Store by the firm through proper reciept in a private Mini truck/pickup van arranged by the firm as and when required.

Bore-well yeild check/testing: The job includes through checking of the Electro-Mechanical (DG Set & Submersible pumping Unit) installed at the site and running of the equipment for a period of 03 hrs to check the yeild of the Bore-well. (The job includes the cost of HSD required and its carriage to the site)

SITC of DG sets with standard control panel: DG sets with standard control panel: Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 03 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz silent type DG set having Air/Water cooled, turbo charged/ naturally aspirated with inbuilt standard control panel mounted on the DG set within acoustic enclosure, as per following capacities: The DG set unit shall conform CPCB-IV guidlines. The engine and the alternator shall aligned on a common MS based frame with MS fuel tank, residential exhaust silencer, AVM pads fitted on base frame, 01 No. 12v DC battery. The DG set shall be enclosed inside canopy with compact designe limiting the noise level up to 75 db at a distance of 01 m. The DG set shall have standard control panel for operation and all accessories to make it a complete functional unit. The job includes HSD cost on account of 10 hrs of testing and comissioning of DG Set.The DG set shall have a minimum 02 Years warrenty from the date of commissioning of the unit. The Job further includes Earthing of DG Set: The generating set and all associated equipment, control and switch gear panels must be chemically earthened before the set is put into operation. Earthing of DG Set shall be of copper conductors strictly as per OEM recommendation and in regulation with Indian Electricity act 1956 and IS: 3034 1987. The firm shall also provide regular maintenance service free of charge as prescribed by the OEM during the warrenty period which is 24 Months, including oil change. However, the charges on account of POL, filters and other consumables shall be borne by the department. 25 KVA ( Capacity at MSL, water cooled) for Bore-well No. 13 (Meij, District :Pulwama)

Supply, Installation, testing, and commissioning of PVC Priming Tank of 200 ltr capacity ISI : 12701 marked, including all fittings for 20mm pipe such as GI Nipples(20mm 100mm long, 04 No.), ball valve( gun metal 20mm, 02 No), Bends (20mm, 06No.), GI Piping (20mm, 15m Length ) , Sockets(20mm, 6No.) union (20mm 04 No.) etc and MS stand on which above mentioned Tank can rest (fabricated out of ISA 35x35x5 of minimum height 5' ) Connection of priming tank with the delivery of submersible pumping unit by way of providing and fitting 20mm GI pipe (heavy) and with the delievery of Horizontal Pumping unit by necessary welding and using sockets/nipples as required.The length of the pipe is approximately 15m.
