Providing and laying gang saw cut of thickness 30 mm , mirror polished pre molded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, color and texture laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand ) including grouting the joints with white cement mix with matching pigment , epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per the directions of EIC.

Providing and Laying of matt finish vitrified tile of size (300x300x9.8)mm having water absorption less than 0.5% and confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colors and shades laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement : 4 Coarse Sand) including grouting bthe joints with white cememt mix with matching pigment , epoxy touchups etc., complete as per the directions of EIC.

(B): Civil Work For Control Panel (8'x4') Earthwork in excavation by manual means for foundation, trencheing, incl. getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated eath and includes dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, within a lead of 50m and lift 1.5m all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying of stone soling (hand packed) incl. compacting in foundation trenches and carriage includes backfilling.

Providing and laying of cement conc. Of Specified grade of (1:4:8) mix including curing, carring, but excluding form work.

Providing and fixing angle iron frames of mild steel Angle sections of size 25x25x5 mm and 40x40x5 mm for Door. The job including welding of MS flat strips of (25x 3) mm with Angle Iron frame including fixing door and necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and Fixing of Wire Mesh (Mesh size 50x50)mm & wire dia 2.2mm. The job including fixing of wire mesh with flat MS strips welded with angle irons frames as well as covering open portion of truss to ensure proper closing of whole job as direct by EIC.

C) Installation of Fountain at Women / Children Park Kulgam (Balance Work) Providing and Fitting of a 10 ft Diameter Ring Conduit using Class B GI Pipes of 50mm dia (conforming to IS 1239). The assembly shall include holder assemblies with sockets, adapters, and ball valves (IS 778) spaced at 1 ft center-to-center. The scope includes all fabrication, cutting, threading, welding, and installation using appropriate tools and tackles.
