Supply, installation, testing & comissioning of LED flood light (Commercial Type) having housing made of pressure die cast aluminium alloy (ADC12/LM6). The system wattage shall be 100W & the luminaire shall deliver system lumens ≥ 14000lumens. The system efficacy of the luminaire shall be ≥140lm/w. The LEDs used in the luminaire shall be from either Lumileds, Osram, Nichia, APT Electronics and CREE make, shall have CCT of 5700°K, CR≥70, SDCM≤5, Life of 50000Hrs @ L70B50. The luminaire shall have IP rating of IP66 & IK rating of IK07. The luminaire shall have lens made of polycarbonate & optical cover made of toughened glass. The LED driver shall have operating voltage range of 140V to 270V, PF≥0.95 @ full load, THD≤ 10% @ full load, In-built surge protection of 4KV, HV Cut off @ 325V (±15V). The luminaire shall have 10KV SPD in-built inside the luminaire. The maximum dimensions of the luminaire shall be, L: 264M, Depth: 52MM & height without cradle: 203MM. The nominal weight of the luminaire shall be maximum 2.4KGs. The luminaire driver & it’s SPD shall be of the same make/manufacturer as that of LED luminaires. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79, Type test as per IS10322, "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322 & IK Test. The successful bidder must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer before supply of material for approval. The LED Luminaire & it's driver both should be BIS registered. Successful bidder shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approvals LM79 issued by NABL accredited lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test Certificate for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver. of Philips /Trilux /Lighting Techonology / Wipro make

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of high-quality integrated LED Street Light (Commercial Type) with a minimum system lumen of 12600lm and system wattage of 90W (±3W). The luminaire should have minimum system efficacy of 140 lumen/watt for the measured lumen output/system wattage. The LED used shall have CCT of 5700K, SDCM ≤5 and CRI≥70. The housing should be made of LM6/ADC12 Alloy, non-corrosive Single Piece pressure die-cast aluminum, to withstand extreme environments. The spigot shall be part of “Single Piece Pressure Die-cast housing” & shall not be bolted/welded/mechanically joined to the luminaire housing to ensure robust design. The luminaire shall have Integrated IP66 polycarbonate front cover/lens. The name of the brand should be embossed/engraved & should not be mentioned using sticker/screen printing. The luminaire LED shall have declared Lifetime of 75K hours@L70. Product should be designed for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP66 & impact resistance shall be IK10. The minimum luminaire dimensions shall be L: 435mm including spigot, W: 200MM, H: 135MM (Including Control Gear Compartment) & the minimum nominal weight shall be 1.8KG. Control gear compartments shall be Top maintainable without accessing/opening the optical compartment. The luminaire shall have minimum windage area of 0.062Sq.mt. The Luminaire should have a minimum 10 KV/5KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 5KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. The LED used in the luminaire shall be SMD type only & shall be from either Lumileds, Osram, Nichia, Signify, APT Electronics Co. Ltd., CREE make or equivalent. The Driver should be asphalt potted & should be a BIS approved driver. The driver shall be replaceable. The driver shall have operating voltage of 120V to 270V, PF≥0.95 @full load, THD ≤10% @ full load, In-built surge protection of 4KV. The driver should be capable of withstand voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs., should have an auto shutdown/cut-off at less than 90V & 325V(±15V) and have an auto recovery feature. The driver shall comply to IEC61547 & IEC 61000-3-2. The driver shall be EMI/EMC Complied as per EN55015/CISPR15. The luminaire shall be able to give Constant Light output (CLO) between voltage range of 140V to 277V. The luminaire driver & it’s SPD shall be of the same make/manufacturer/Lighting company as that of LED luminaires. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79, Type test as per IS10322, "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322 & IK Test. The successful bidder must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer within 15 days of award of LOI. The LED Luminaire & it's driver both should be BIS registered.
