Construction of RCC circular type viewing deck of wooden look size 16'-0" dia from centre of column including foundation. Concrete work in foundation finished floor level 1'-9" above G.I RCC M-20 Grade work with Chicken Mesh wire complete as detailed in drawing. The wall upto plinth level, roof, columns, finished with bamboo look and column like tree trunk, flooring shall be of vitrified tiles (wooden plank look) laid over 20mm screed of 1:4 and as detailed by E.I.C. a) Outer Dia = 16’-0” b) Pillar Dia = 1’-0” c) RCC M-20 Grade d) Height from floor = 8’-0” e) Projection of Roof = 1’-3” f) Size of Gazeboo = 16’-0” Area of Gazeboo

Providing and fixing of M.S benches three seater made of wrought iron legs and Arm Seating and back of M.S Hollow pipes priming and painting with synthetic enamel paint. Bench weighing 65 to 70 Kg each bench shall be fixed with cement concrete 1:3:6 platform. Design shall be approved by E.I.C. Hallow section size Horizontal section of 2" x 1".

Air Walker :- Providing, designing and fixing of air swing in pair of size 1100x550x1480mm fabricated with main post of 114mm dia and 2.5mm thick and rest of the pipe 40mm dia all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and power coated. All pipes are welded with joints as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Pedals and base plate cover shall be made of plastic with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury and UV resistant. Bearing used shall be maintenance free, duly oil sealed and self lubricated. All open ends of pipe to be closed by GI/LLDPE caps for user safety. The equipment to be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M-25 and J shape welded bolts and once the concrete is set, fix the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with the base plate. All complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour on metal, seat and base cover plate and fixing of equipments etc.
