Supplying and fixing of suitable size GI box with modular plate and modular cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing of 2 no. 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 2 no. 5/6A modular switch, connections, etc. as required. (Havells/ SSK/ Anchor/ ABB/Schneider or eq.) SAmple to be approved by EIC.

Supplying and fixing of modular sockets/ indicators/switches on existing modular plate and switch box , incl. connections, etc. as required. (Havells/ SSK/ Anchor/ ABB/Schneider or equivalent)

Point wiring for 5A -10A socket out lets (computer points) with 2x2.5 sq mm (P+N)FRLS PVC insulated 660/1100volt grade flexible stranded copper conductor wires in recessed or surface conduiting system and earthing the point with 1 x 2.5 sq. mm single core copper wire (loop earthing),(Maximum two points shall be connected on one circuit).(Havells/ Polycab/ Anchor/ Finolex/KEI/RR or equivalent) incl. cost of conduit

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 12 - 15 Watt LED recessed/ mounted (round or square) Down lighters having aluminum body, minimum 100lm/w, average life 50000 hours, LM79 & LM80 test report should be from Govt. Approved NABL lab / Govt. Of India , Operating temperature -10`C to +45`C. The job includes replacement warranty of fixture if damaged/ burnt out what so ever reason for a period of two years reckoned from the date of successful commissioning/ handing over of site to the intending department. (Havells/ Philips/ Crompton/ Jaguar/Wipro). Commercial series.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 star 1200 mm sweep ceiling fans of Havells / Crompton Greaves/Bajaj/ Usha (Sample to be got approved), incl. cost of extension of GI rod (if required) and making of necessary connections.

Supply and fixing of two module stepped electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box, incl. connections but excluding modular plate etc. as reqd.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 200-250 mm sweep shutter type exhaust fans, incl. cost of ceiling rose and making of space in walls/ windows as per site and necessary connections. (Havells/ Philips/ Crompton).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 100Watt LED Flood lighting luminaries having aluminum body, minimum 100lm/w, the luminary housing should be aluminum and the luminary optics shall have a high efficiency with transmittance, average life 50000 hours, Operating temperature -10`C to +45`C. LM79 & LM80 test report should be from Govt. Approved NABL lab / Govt. Of India. Supply and fixing of 16 way Double door surface/ recess mounting , Vertical/ Horizontal type, 240 V, SP&N MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs, excluding cost of MCBs and Incomer. .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 5-32A single pole rating 240/415V, 10 KA “C” curve MCB of Legrand/ Havells/ L&T suitable for inductive load in the MCB distribution board complete with necessary connections.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 63 A DP rating 240V, 10 KA “C” curve MCB of Legrand/ Havells/ L&T suitable for inductive load in the MCB distribution board complete with necessary connections.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wall/floor mounted compartmentalized , main distribution panels, fabricated out of 16 gauge sheet steel, dust protected, painted, incl. earth terminal with all necessary accessories with internal wiring as required. The panel is to be provided with the following adjustable type controlling/ protection switch gear devices: 1.NORMAL INCOMING 125A DP MCB 10KA 01 no. 200A SP&N bus bar AL. Providing of chemical earthing as per IS standards by way of digging 8 feet pit then embedding 3 mtr. Long GI earthing electrode, 80 mm dia. Connecting the plate with main control board by 10 SWG Copper wire with 1/2” dia. Full thread brass nut and bolts and washers, refilling the pit with chemical compound.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1625VA Power Inverter (Pure Sine Wave type) having generator compatible & provided and fitted with 2 no. 12V, 200 Ah, tall tubular batteries of Exide make and PVC trolley for resting/ housing of batteries. The job also includes terminal connections of batteries, input/ output leads of required size and length, carriage and applicable taxes.

Supply, laying, connecting and commissioning of 50 sq. mm 2 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade Aluminum LT cable , incl. cost of required al. thimbles duly crimped. (Over head).

Supply and fixing of fan deep made of heavy gauge sheet in RCC slabs.

Supply and fixing of 4”/ 5” deep Junction boxes in RCC slabs.
