Repair and Periodical servicing of the TVR by way of flushing old lubricants and removing old filters and then P/F of lube oil filter - 01 no., lube oil filter- secondary turbo charger- 01 nos., fuel filter- spin type -01 no., fuel filter water separator – 01 no., air filter – outer and inner - 01 no. each, engine oil - 11 Litres, drum oil for topping- 05 litres, torque hub oil-02 litres, hydraulic oil for topping-20 litres, hydraulic breather- 01 no, coolant- 06 litres, drum breather- 02 nos,, grease- 08 kgs, Diesel – 40 litres, radiator top hose pipes – 01 set, O-rings- 01 set, diesel pipe from diesel tank to separator – 01 no., diesel pipe from separator to feed pump- 01 no. turbo inlet hose - 01 no, T-bolt clamp -04 nos, hose air cleaner -01 no, bracket for clamp- 01 no, hose pre cleaner -01 no, washer -02 nos, prevailing torque type nut -02 nos, hex.head screw -02 nos, rubber pipe- 01 no . Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour (skilled and unskilled) and other tools and tackles required for job and inclusive of all taxes.

Repair to electrical system by way of replacement of worn out wiring and fuses and providing and fitting of 01 no. temperature gauge, 01 no. water pump indicator, 01 no. brake indicator, new fuses as per requirement and making the connection and testing. The job further includes Repair and servicing of Radiator by way of removing old coolant and pour flushing/cleaning chemical agent in radiator then running engine, removing chemical for filling of fresh coolant and then Plugging of leakages by means of brazing/welding wherever required. The job also includes Repair to operator seat by dismantling the old worn out seat and then P/F of cushioning material to seat and backrest with cover along with frame. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges (skilled and unskilled) and other tools and tackles required for job and inclusive of all taxes.

Repair to hydraulic tank of the machine by way of first dismantling the tank and removing the broken bolts of the tank from the frame and then assembling of the tank by p/f of bolts with nuts- 04 nos. as per requirement, 01 no. gasket for hydraulic tank top cover plate along with bolts and nuts- 02 nos. each. The job further includes welding of the broken canopy pipes with its frame, welding of the exhaust pipe and fabrication of clamp of air cleaner assembly and its fitting along with all allied fittings and accessories. The job also includes letter writing with paint on the machine as per requirement.Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour, testing charges of the machine and other tools and tackles required for job with all taxes.
