Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 12mm Cement plaster of mix, 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty, Spreading of good earth in required thickness as per directions of officer in-charge and consolidation with PRR (8-10 Ton) capacity incl. all cariiages, leads, lifts etc complete job.

Preparation of mounds of various size and shape by available excavated/supplied earth in layers not exceeding20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering of each layer dressing etc. lead upto 50 meter and lift upto 1.5 m complete as per direction of officer- in -charge

Plantation work:- Providing & fixing of different types of trees as per the layout plan incl. digging of pits for trees/ shurbs with required inorganic/ organic manures/ river bed soil and fertilisers/ PP chemicals etc complete job. The height of the tree shall be at least 3 to 4 feet height at the time of planting with required poly bag.

Complete maintenance of the entire lawns features incl. watch & ward for 03 Years having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide, lawn mover, water pump boosters and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles incl. electricity / Gensets as required at site shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge. ( The payment for maintenance shall be made at the end of the year from the date of completion of the work yearwise i.e. 33% every year) 12months per year (12*3=36 months)

Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge; letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour background and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class -II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminum alloys, rivets or bolts and nuts @ 300mm c/c all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminum sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Consultancy charges for prepartion of actual pre and post cross section using TS including all strucutrual drawings as per requirements The scope of work includes the consultancy charges fro recommending the trees required for road side green patches/ urban forest.Also the scope includes site visits as and when required.
