Supply. Installation, Testing and Commissioning of silent type 62.5 KVA, 415 v.08 PF at NTP conditions mounted on common base plate with flexible coupling 1500 RPM, developing edequate (110 BHP) suitable to give the required out put under site condition with 10% over loading for one hour in every 12 hours duration complete with acoustic enclosure diesel generator with following specifications (kirloskar/ eicher / cummunis/Mahindra or equivalent make) A). Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity at NTP electric system, water cooled with 1500 RPM, the engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings as per manufacture's recommendation. engine will directly coupled with alternator mounted on common plate through flexible coupling. B). Alternator setting of 62.5 KVA at NTP condition 3 phase 50 cycles 415 volts, 4 wire supply at 0.8 power factor running at 1500 RPM self exited, self regulated mounted on a sturdy, fabricated and welded constructed base plate to be coupled with above engine. C). CANOPY: The generator should be silent type housed in standard Canopy. D). Control panel: The control panel is built-in with Genset as per model E). Fuel tank: Fuel tank of suitable size capacity as per manufactures recommendation F). Battery 12V Battery of 180 AH (Exide make) along with battery leads of suitable size G). Warrantly period =2 year after successful commissioning. The job includes all texes, octroi, transportation, handling, loading and unloading etc. The job further includes AMC for a period of two years reckoned from date of sucessful commissioning (the AMC incudes quarterly servicing of DG set with replacement of damaged accessories /equipments both mechanical as well as electrical during operation as & when required)

Providing and fixing of front operator cubical panel 2mm thick pressed sheet steel enclosure powder coated dust free and vermin proof panel with hinged gasket and lockable arrangement doors of adequate size complete with interconnection. The panel is fitted with bus bars and provided with following accessories. Incomer:- 200Amp TPN panel type change over switch above make= 1 No 400 amphere TNP Busbar one set. Digital multi function voltmeter with C D of proper ratio=1 No, Indicators=3No. Outgoing:- 200 Amps TPN MCCB with 26 KA breaking capacity =1No. The job includes AMC contract of DG set for a period 2 yrs, Reckoned from date of successful commissioning (AMC includes quarterly servicing of DG set with replacement of damaged part, accessories both mechanical as well as electrical as & when required)

Providing and laying of shock proof rubber mats of 2mtx1mt and 12mm thick size as per the directions of Engineer Inchrage at site complete.
