Refrigerant Piping for VRV/VRF system. Supply & Installation of interconnecting suitable sizes of one end expanded refrigerant copper pipe work, insulated with 13mm thick (pipe size upto 19.1mm dia) & 19mm thick (pipe size above 19.1mm dia) with XPLE Class-O tubular/ closed cell electrometric nitrile rubber tubular insulation sleeves sections of specified thickness between each set of indoor & outdoor units with outer mechanical protection of aluminum cladding for all exposed pipes as per specification. All piping shall be properly fixed/supported with suitable size of clamp/ M.S. hanger, fasteners etc .

Providing and Fitting of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised iron cable tray (glvanization thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5 % in convenient sections joined with connectors , suspended from the ceiling with GI suspenders including GI nuts and bolts (150 mm x50mmx1.6 mm )

Pressure testing of the refrigerant piping circuit(s) upto 1.5 times working pressure for a period of 24 hours using nitrogen by way of flushing the nitrogen so that piping circuit is cleaned of allkinds of debris and to ckeck any leakages in the piping circuit fallowed by vacuuminisation of the the circuit till vacuum reading reaches 250 microns or less.

Charging of the refrigerant piping circut with required quantity of refrigerant as per manufacturer’s recommendation & standard to maintain optimum performance of all Indoor & Outdoor Units.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of sub Panel factory assembled weather proof/ Dust & Vermin Proof wall / floor mounted LT cubical type compartmentalized panel of 100 Amp TPN Aluminum Busbar panel (CPRI Approved) fabricated out of 14 SGW/2 mm thick MS sheet, with locking arrangement, cable alleys, bus bar chamber etc powder coated self supported suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, AC supply, supplying & fixing following accessories as detailed below, i/c bus bars connections/inter connections to MCCB compartments, arrangement for cable entry, supports, end terminations, 2 No. earthing stud inter connection ,painting, etc. complete as required.
