Installation, testing and commissioning of Departmental 90 mm dia HDPE elbows. The job includes welding of elbows through hot plate welding process with the HDPE main/sub-main pipe/HDPE risers and other requisite spots as per layout drawing .The job includes skilled labour, hot plate welding equipment, arrangement of power supply/ Generator, fuel, necessary tools and tackes with all leads and lifts.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 90 mm dia HDPE TEEs (PN-10). The job includes welding of TEEs through hot plate welding process with the HDPE main/sub-main pipe/HDPE risers and other requisite spots as per layout drawing.The job includes skilled labour, hot plate welding equipment, arrangement of power supply/Generator with fuel, necessary tools and tackes with all leads and lifts.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Departmental 90 mm x 32mm HDPE Service Saddle and Male Threaded Adaptor (MTA of 32mm Size) on HDPE Sub-main pipes at requisite spots as per layout drawing and and as per site requirement. The job includes skilled labour, drilling equipment/ necessary tools and tackes with all leads and lifts.

Installation, testing and commissioning of riser ( Nominal Dia 32mm) by way of cutting of Departmental LLDPE pipe of requisite lengths and connecting of risers with already fitted Male Threded Adapters on Sub Main pipe lines as per layout drawing and as per site requirement.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Departmental 80 mm dia Control valves including rubber gasket on HDPE pipe as sectional and isolation valves excluding the cost of Nuts and bolts. The control valves are to be installed as per the layout drawing and site requirement.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Departmental 90 mm dia Compression MTA alongwith threaded End cap (Flush Valve).

Installation, testing and commissioning of Departmental 32 mm ND LLDPE pipe as lateral lines including 32 mm Compresson fittings like end caps, tee's, joiner, bends and Rotating Head Mini Sprinklers with MS risers, Vinyl tubings, stake assemblies for one complete Segment as per layout drawing. The job includes cutting, punching and laying of LLDPE Pipe as per site requirement and testing of one Segment for a period of minimum 30 minutes. Further the job includes dismanting and proper stacking of lateral lines (LLDPE pipe network) including compression fitting and sprinkler assembly after successful testing of one segment. Fuel for testing, operation of D.G Set, Pumps (Submersible and Horizontal) and monitering of Pump house during operation is to be provided and arranged by the Firm. One segment of this Bore well Scheme consists of following items: 1. LLDPE Pipe = 408 m. 2. Sprinklers's = 48 No. 3. Compression End Cap = 16 No. 4. Compression Tee = 8 No. 5. Compression Bends as per site requirement 6. Compression Joiner as per site requirement. Note: This Borewell scheme consists of 58 No. of Segments.

Complete Servicing of dedicated 35 KVA water cooled DG Set of Bore Well Scheme by way of providing and filling of M oil 6.5 ltrs, coolant 13 ltrs , M oil and diesel filter change etc including . The job includes cost on account of skilled labour, tools etc

Providing,fitting and testing of 88AH 12V Battery for dedicated DG Set of Bore well Scheme having minimum warranty of 48 months.

Hiring of professional Photographer for vedio recording and phototgraphy of day to day activities during execution and testing of Saffron work as per site requirement. The firm shall provide vedio recordings/ still photographs of saffron work in a Fresh Pen drive of 8GB (01No.), including post card size colour printed copies of Geo tag photographs on photo paper (minimum 20No's).

Complete Round the Clock Watch and ward including Material Handling and Storage of all the material/inventory (both Departmental and Supplied by firm) at site during and after execution of work till its final handover/takeover with intending department (Agriculture Department).

Providing of Labour(Helper) for bundling, measuring/counting, stacking etc. at the time of final Handover/Takeover of Bore well to the indenting department(Agriculture Department) after testing and commissioning.

Carriage on account of return of excess/unused material from the Bore well site to the Divisional Store by the firm through proper reciept in a private Mini truck/pickup van arranged by the firm as and when required.The job includes loading and unloading of material.
