Disassembling of the Horizontal rotating Pump assemblies along with base frame for 8" x 8" suction and delivery of Horizontal Split casing Centrifugal Pump make beacon having , Head=30meters of beacon make in a private Workshop involving removal of damaged Chuck nuts followed by extraction of impellers from damaged shafts, worn-out sleeves, wearing /Neck rings and bearings etc from the shafts to carry out necessary repairs/replacement using skilled personal, tools and tackles required for the Job.

Disassembling of the horizontal pump assembly in a private Workshop involving dismantling of pump casing followed by extraction of impeller from housings, damaged/broken / worn-out sleeves, wearing rings, sand collars etc and from the damaged shaft to rectify the faults and to carry out necessary repairs/replacement using skilled personal, tools and tackles required for the Job

Providing, Fabrication, and fitting of New Stainless Steel horizontal shaft as per sample The Shaft has to be precisely machined at various required segments to accommodating Impellers’,bearing locks nut/check nut, packing sleeve etc using of skilled labour, tools and tackles. using high speed cutting tool to achieve the required parameters. The Job includes making of impeller seats for fitment of CI impellers at required position of the shaft. The job also includes fabrication of threads as per sample in length from non driving of side of the shaft for fixing of Sleeve after reducing the upper portion to as per existing sample for 150 mm length. finishing of the shaft to size for proper fit in pump assembly. the job includses making of key way along with fabrication and fixing of cotter key at driving end of shaft for coupling fitment by way of cutting, turning and finishing processes . Checking of alignment of shaft on the lathe for proper fitment in the pump housing by way of cutting, turning and finishing.
