Fabrication, Providing and fitting of G.l nipple for 15 HP and 17.5 HP submersible pumping units. The nipple should be fabricated out of 2.5" dia. G.I Pipe (C-class) with MS reducer (2.5" x 2") and 2" MS socket on delivery side.The overall length of nipple should be 1'- 6". The nipple should be fitted with M.S ring to hold the 2.5" dia.G.I Flange Providing of the 2.5" dia flange to hold the safety strip is also included in the job.

Providing and fitting of safety strip for submersible pumping unit. The strip should be fabricated out of 25mm wide 3 mm thick M.S strip. The job includes providing and fitting of 6" long M.S bolt with nuts to both ends of strip.

Providing & testing of 3 ton capacity heavy duty chain pulley block with 6 mtr lift. The chain pulley block shall be capable to with stand shock loads and should be free to swivel and rotate. The product should be ISO certified and necessary test certificate from OEM (Original Equipment manufacturer) should also be provided.
