Complete calibration of fuel injection pump and injectors (03No’s) by way of replacing damaged quadrants, delivery values, bearing gaskets, plungers, nozzles elements and other damaged parts, the job further includes calibration of fuel infection pump and fuel injection nozzles on calibrating bench machine.

Servicing of self-starter assembly and dynamo assembly by way of dis-assembling of its parts, washing and cleaning of all parts, by using petrol, Dhoti cloth, and then replacing worn out carbon brush set, bushes and bending Gear and refitting and testing the same full load. Checking the battery condition and top up the electrolyte level up to the high mark if the level is below the high mark with approved electrolyte. Also clean the battery terminals thoroughly and apply the new petroleum jelly.

Testing of D.G. set on No-load for at least three Hrs. (for idling purpose) followed by on full load on two Hours.

Repairs to plate type voltage regulator of 75 KVA Voltage stabilizers by way of disconnecting all the power connections on the input, output side and then opening up of all nuts and bolts of the top cover / lid of the stabilizer. The complete assembly of the regulator and the core, coils shall be extracted from the stabilizer tank with the help of chain pulley block and skilled labor and then providing and fitting of new six steps 12 " X 12 " PLATE TYPE VOLTAGE REGULATOR as per site requirement. The regulator lever rod be removed of the entire rust etc., so that it becomes free to and fro movement. Then reassembling the voltage stabilizer in every respect and filling of T Oil. And reconnecting with the circuit and then testing at rated load. All the tools & tackles including skilled Labors, helper, allied items and carriage required for completing the job in all manners as per the site requirements are to be arranged by the firm. Note: The old material shall be property of the firm

P / F of brass bush rods with insulator complete for the above Voltage stabilizer after replacing of the old damaged Bush rods
