Distribution Cable (Joint Pump House): Providing, Installation, testing of multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated single core 250 mm sq. Copper cable for internal distribution wiring. The multi-stranded copper cable to be laid through PVC conduits on wooden plain boards fixed on walls with suitable plugs, nails and clamps or /underground through cable trenches. The job includes providing and fitting of suitable rating copper thimbles duly crimped and taped at conductor ends by hydraulic crimping tool. The job includes earth work in excavation wherever required for laying of cable underground.

Providing and fitting of 250mm ND, Ductile Iron double flanged, non-rising spindle soft seated glandless gate/ sluice valves as per IS 14846- 2000 (PN1.6) for regulating the water supply outside the pumping units. The body and bonnent of the valve shall be of ductile iron, wedge with fully vulcanized EPDM rubber(Approved for drinking water) and NBR seal. The Gate/Sluice valve shall be compatible for buried applications and shall be safe to install in both horizontal and vertical positions It shall have electrostatic epoxy coating(approved for drinking water) both inside and outside of the valve. The valve shall be supplied along with hand wheel. Cost on account of Nuts, bolts, gaskets, etc required for the job is included in the scope of work. The job includes providing and fitting of 02 nos. M.S flanges (PN16) perfectly adaptable to the inbuilt flanges of the valve which shall be fitted with rising main of the pumping unit at appropriate spots as per site requirement. The job includes the cost on account of P/F of nuts, bolts and gasket required for the job.

Providing and fitting of 250mm ND, Ductile Iron double flanged, Slanted seat swing check valve( NRV) as per IS: 5312-2004 (PN 1.6). The body shall be of ductile cast iron with fully encapsulated vulcanized EPDM rubber(Approved for drinking water). The valve shall be compatible for buried applications and shall be safe to install in both horizontal and vertical positions. It shall have electrostatic epoxy coating (approved for drinking water) both inside and outside of the valve. Cost on account of Nuts, bolts, gaskets, etc required for the job is included in the scope of work. The job includes providing and fitting of 02 nos. M.S flanges (PN16) perfectly adaptable to the inbuilt flanges of the valve which shall be fitted with Rising main of the pumping unit at appropriate spots as per site requirement. The job includes the cost on account of P/F of nuts, bolts and gasket required for the job.

Revamping of 250mm ND Rising main; Revamping of existing 250mm ND MS Rising main at different locations by way of extracting the damaged part of the rising main from displaced saddle blocks by utilizing skilled men and machinery. The job then includes refitting of the pipes so extracted by way of welding, p/f of MS flanges, gaskets, nuts and bolts of required size. The job further includes construction of Anchor/Saddle blocks for holding the pipelineeach at a distance of 20mtrs.The job also includes Earth work excavation around each damaged saddle block/profusely leaking spots in different kinds of soils towards the filtration through Hilly terrain, cutting, fitting, welding and grinding operations with proper transport accessibility to make the working space for dismantling of leaking joints and extracting of the damaged laid pipes from saddle blocks as desired at site. The entire dismantling job has been carried out manually by disengagement of the nuts bolts at respective joints/by using skilled labour or machinery for extraction of pipes for fabrication process as per site requirement. Fabrication of joints of profusely leaking/damaged pipeline due to land sliding by way of re-welding after removing as desired using oxyacetylene gas plant with skillful hands by electrical arc welding in two beads of flow less arc .The joint shall be robust, leak proof. Refitting of the refabricated jointed pipe to the raising main for proper fitting all along the contour with providing / fitting of 8mm thick rubber insertion washers and nuts / bolts as per site requirement. Welding machines, cutters, grinders, generator to be arranged by the firm. Job also includes replacement of flanges, gaskets, and nuts and bolts etc. as per site requirements All the repairs are to be carried out by shifting of welding DG set to road assessable location near damaged joints, arrangement of cable from DG set to welding machine at respective sites, oxyacetylene gas plant, MS pipe tripods with all allied tools at site by skilled welder with allied labor. Checking of the welded spots for leakages by operation of pumping unit. Refilling of the excavated material, haultage charges of the transport arranged for shifting of men and machinery as per site requirement.
