Fabrication of joints of profusely leaking/damaged pipeline due to land sliding by way of re-welding after removing as desired using oxyacetylene gas plant with skillful hands by electrical arc welding in two beads of flow less arc .The joint shall be robust, leak proof. Refitting of the refabricated jointed pipe to the raising main for proper fitting all along the contour with providing / fitting of 8mm thick rubber insertion washers and nuts / bolts as per site requirement. Welding machines, cutters, grinders, generator to be arranged by the firm. Job also includes replacement of flanges, gaskets, and nuts and bolts etc. as per site requirements All the repairs are to be carried out by shifting of welding DG set to road assessable location near damaged joints, arrangement of cable from DG set to welding machine at respective sites, oxyacetylene gas plant, MS pipe tripods with all allied tools at site by skilled welder with allied labor. Checking of the welded spots for leakages by operation of pumping unit. Refilling of the excavated material, haultage charges of the transport arranged for shifting of men and machinery as per site requirement.
