Repairing of 100KVA transformer installed at pumping station Keri Teryath Stage-Ist by way of dismantling of transformer extracting of all the damaged coils , cleaning and flushing of the oil tank by using chemical to all the carbon deposit. Electrical installation of Two HC pump sets installed at pumping station Bhatera by way of Providing and fitting of 200 Amp. 415 volt , 3 phase good quality main switch (H/DUTY) of HRC type of I.S.I make on the Panel board by way of drilling holes providing of nuts, bolts washers etc-01 no. Providing / fitting of 185 mm sq. 3.5 core aluminum cable- from LT pole to 200 Amp 415 V main switch fitted on the panel board with proper thimbling duly crimpled by using crimpling tool & proper insulation. Providing/fitting of 35mm sq. copper cable for making of electrical connections from main switch to 100 KVA voltage stabilizer then to 60HP and 40 HP starters. Providing/fitting of 16mm square submersible cable for making of connection from starters to motors in two leads for star and delta connections for two motors with proper thimbling using copper thimbles duly crimpled by using crimpling tool & proper insulation. Providing and fitting of 4 mm sq. submersible cable for connection from submersible motor to control panel. Conduiting of whole electric circuit with the help of Conduit pipes, batons, PVC flexible pipes, bends etc. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges.
