Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 12000 GPH x 115 meter head HC pump set (slow speed) coupled with suitable rating prime mover (in compliance with the technical conditions) and allied works. The job involves laying of M-20 grade RCC foundation block for each pump of size 6’x3’x4’ (or as per pump-motor base frame dimensions)by using TMT steel bar of 10mm dia for steel mesh. The foundation block as per size of pump set should have additional margin of 6” on all sides. Providing, fabrication and laying of 150mm dia MS suction pipe line to the pump set of length as per site conditions and upto maximum of approximately 6 meters each including 150mm dia. MS bends, MS flanges, MS expanders/reducers pipe extension pieces, 150mm dia Cast Iron sluice valve-1no (PN rating 1.0) and / or foot valve-1no., gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers as per site requirement. Providing, fabrication and laying of delivery pipe line of 100mm dia as per site conditions and upto maximum of approximately 6 meters along with providing and fitting of MS pipe, bends, MS expanders / reducers, MS flanges, cast steel NRV 100mm and cast steel sluice valve 100mm dia (class150 ) along with providing and fitting of nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, flanges etc. Job includes providing and fabrication of bypass arrangement across in and outside of NRV. Job includes providing / fitting and laying of single core multi-strand copper cable 35mm2 from motor to panel in six leads approximately 36 meters, then p/f and laying 50mm2 copper cable approximately 30 meters in length single core multi-strand up to MCCB, busbars and further up to voltage stabilizer conforming to ISI standards with proper thimbling and insulation material. Job covers providing and fitting of 250 ampere MCCB of 50KA breaking strength. Proper earthing of equipment should be done. Complete Job includes cost of machinery, equipments and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools, tackles and material handling equipment etc.

Making connection of Sump outlet pipe with suction lines through 200 mm dia MS pipe manifold. Making connection of delivery lines with rising main through 150 mm dia MS pipe manifold.Job includes providing and fitting of bus bar arrangement complete with frame and insulation work on the wall of the pump room. Job includes providing, laying and fixing of insulation rubber mats around electro mechanical machinery on the floor of the pump house Job includes cost of machinery, equipments and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools, tackles, and material handling equipment etc.

Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 110 ampere rating, 3 phase, LT control panel cum protection panel cum automatic star delta starter by way of fabrication of panel with 3 pole Main and delta power contactors of 110A rating 01 no. each and star power contactor of 70 A rating-1no., complete with all protection, safety and control devices / mechanism compatible with the design / rating of the prime mover, of reputed make, conforming to ISI standards. The system should be provided with fault analyzer cum controller unit or equivalent of standard and reputed make. The complete system should be enclosed in MS steel enclosure box of suitable dimensions. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. Providing / laying of copper conductors of proper rating along with insulation material as per site requirement. The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window. Digital electronic voltmeter & ampere meter should be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. The internal control wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbling at each end. The system should trip the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and should not restart automatically until unless the system is reset manually, thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor .The system / star delta auto starter should not fall into delta if it does not fall into star mode first and should remain de- to avoid damage to the motor / machinery and also to the power source / transformer. The system / star delta auto starter should trip off if it does not fall into delta & remains in star mode for more than 10-20 seconds. The system shall provide protection against:-Low voltage below 350 V, High Voltage above 450 V, Single phasing, Reverse phasing, Un Balanced phasing, Dry running, Overloading. In addition the system should have the following audio & visual features for a quick and accurate diagnosis of the appeared fault / status for a speedy rectification of the system-- Separate LED fault / status indicators, LED phase indicators. Isolation by pass system, for fault analysis of system, with a blinking indicator. An audio warning system/Siren which activates only on starter failure to trip the motor on appearance of any electrical fault mentioned above, to warn the operator to switch off the motor manually.3 LED, contactor ‘COIL OK’, indicators, one for each of the contactors / coils. LED star & delta indicators to access the star to delta timing. A tamper proof starting system to avoid manipulations by the motor operator to keep the system in a permanently ON position Testing of panel after making all incoming / outgoing connections on no load and then on full load. Proper earthing of equipment shall be done.
