Providing / laying of stone soling dry hand packed including All carriages

Providing & laying in position cement concrete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering MS reinforcement 1:4:8 mix 1 cement 4 coarse sand 8 graded stone agg) 40mm stone agg.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

12mm Cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. NOTE:- To be used for maintenance work

P/F of 12 mm thick MS flanges to GI Pipes incld. Cost of nuts, bolts, washers, IR Cloth, welding etc. complete

Making repairs to rising main supply main beneath the bottom Dome of the OHT including welding the same complete incld. Hire charges of DG set welding set etc. complete up to site of work comnplete.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work including applying pryming coat of approved brand.

Closing the existing openings in OHT walls by way of providing / fixing of wire guage along with structural steel for closing the openings incld. All carriages complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

P/F wire Mesh of 2 mm wire guage of openings 25 x 25 mm including welding to structural steel and cutting uniformaly overall the Dug Well.
