Total Dynamic Head 50 mtrs Submersible motor should be water filled, water lubricated having capacity for above pumping parameters and working on 3 phase; AC supply..The motor should be sealed by radial rings to avoid mixing of well water with motor filled water. The job includes providing and fitting of interlocking arrangement against any failure of coupling. It must be fabricated out of MS strips/rods of suitable size and length. The job includes providing and fitting of appropriate size M/S nipple 2 feet long threaded on one end and welded to MS flange of 125 mm Dia, 10 mm thick at other end .The threaded portion should be as per size of pumping out let for proper fixing. The job includes testing & commissioning of the pump motor sets on full load in the firm’s workshop. The job also includes the providing, fabrication and fitting of 125 mm dia GI pipe of appr. 40 mtr length of reputed make conforming to IS standard having 125 mm dia flanges at both ends. The job also includes the painting of all the GI pipe using anti rust paint. The job also includes the P/f of flat 16 sq mm submersible cable (approx.=110 mtr) The job also includes shifting the coupled submersible pump set, submersible cable and GI Pipe at site. The job also includes the lowering of submersible pump set along with GI column pipe and and submersible cable into the tube well by way of hosting chain pulley block or hydraulic crane and manual labour and fabrication of delivery line of pump set by p/f of duly flanged bend and 1 no check valve of 125mm dia of reputed make (approx L= 5 mtr) . The job also includes the p/f of 125 mm dia clump set to rest the column pipe. The job includes testing the submersible pump set at no load and full load. Complete job includes the cost of material such as submersible pump set, Labour and other material; transportation charges hire charges of tools and tackles, welding and labour charges.

LT Control Panel: Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel for the operation of Submersible Motor. The LT panel shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CR sheet supported on MS angle of Suitable size and provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation Bolts. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking/ sealing arrangement for each box. The structure should be provided with the suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The Panel should be given two coats of anti-rust primer and two coats of enamel paint for smooth and even finish. Incoming Feeder: The incoming feeder must be equipped with a 100 amp MCCB of suitable breaking capacity. There must be Al. bus bars for all the three phases and Neutral on the outgoing of the MCCB. The panel must be fitted with 01 No. Volt cum ampere meter showing voltage and current of all the three phases and RYB phase indicator lamps.
Outgoing Feeder: The outgoing feeder is to be used for the operation of submersible motor. Following items must be fitted in this feeder:
1. 03 No. air break contactors of suitable breaking capacity.
2. Star-Delta timer.
3. Motor Protection relay having all the features such as Overload, short circuit, under current, phase unbalance, Phase sequence, Phase Loss, Earth fault, Prolonged Starting/ Stalled rotor. The relay is be fitted on the door and it must be accessible by keeping the door of the panel closed.
4. Single Phase preventer.
5. 02 No. indicator lamps for ON and TRIP indication.
6. 02 No. Push Buttons for ON/OFF.
7. MCBs for protection of the control wiring as per design.
8. Auto start with on delay timer.
The cabling of the Control panel must be done with the suitable rating multi strand copper cable to withstand the full load of running motors. The internal control wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbling at each end. The job also includes the P/F of 16 Sq mm 3.0 core Cu cable (12Mtr) of reputed make conforming to IS standard with proper thimbling for the connection supply of LT panel from Bus Bar.
Complete job includes cost of panel/ material, labour charges, transportation/ shifting charges up to site of work, including installation, testing and commissioning.

Electrification: • Fabrication of the 01 no board made out of angle iron and having a size of 08ft X 04 ft. The angle iron is to be welded at corners properly and flushed in all directions including its grinding or foiling to avoid body scratches. • Providing and fitting of 01 no 200 amp, 415 volt, HRC fuse type main switch of reputed make conforming to IS standard. The job includes the cost of material, fixation, transport and labour charges.
• Providing and fitting of 01 no 200a mp, 415 volt, Bus Bar of reputed make conforming to IS standard. The job includes the cost of material, fixation, transport and labour charges.
• Providing, laying and fitting of 120 mm2 Aluminum 3.5 core armoured cable of reputed make conforming the ISI standard (approx .= 25mtr) from LT pole/LT Fuse link to the main switch by way of proper thimbling and providing insulation using insulation tape on Main Switch end. The job includes the cost of material, fixation, labour and transport charges
• Electrification of the pump room by way of providing and fitting 03 No. Lightening points inside the pump room and 03 Nos. outside the pump room along with LED bulbs and point for fan. The job also includes 02 Nos. 06 amp sockets and 02 Nos. 16 amp sockets and switches inside the pump room. Providing and fitting of main control unit with MCBs. Providing and fitting of 50 Watt LED street light assembly of reputed make along with allied works. The job includes laying of cable and batten of appropriate size required to cover all the points.

Voltage Stabilizer: Design, manufacture, assembly, shop testing, installation at site, testing and Commissioning of LT voltage stabilizer. The voltage stabilizer shall be copper wound, manually operated, oil cooled 3 phase step up/ step down unbalanced supply type, voltage stabilizer of capacity 100 KVA conforming to IS 9815-81 and IS8447/77, capable of operating on unbalanced Input voltage from 160 V to 460 V delivering an output of 415 V + 5 %, at supply frequency 50 Hz + 5 %,Three phase AC supply. The body of the unit for housing the transformer assembly with dielectric oil shall be fabricated out of crcs sheet of suitable thickness reinforced/ supported with suitable structural steel sections, having dust and vermin proof panel face. The unit as a whole shall be wheel mounted for easy handling .The unit should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable sealing arrangements for in- door operation. The structure should be provided suitable incoming and outgoing terminal sections. The unit body should be given two coats of anti-rust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. the unit should have following components / features:
TECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS for stabilizer :-
1. The stabilizer shall be fitted with the following accessories
i. MCCB: Three pole - three Phase 160 amp capacity & of suitable short circuit capacity
ii. Ampere meter with selector switch and current transformers.
iii. Voltammeters: 0-500V for indicating voltage on each phase at input & output with selector switches for respective indications/readings.
iv. Three Phase By pass switch/ change over switch:160A v. Under voltage / over voltage relay: vi. Single Phase Relay: vii. Rotary voltage regulator switches of minimum 160 Amp capacity at each phase with eight tapping options for minimum eight steps: one for mains line voltage, two for step - down and five for step - up voltage.
viii. Heavy duty terminal blocks for input and output connections.
ix. R-Y-B Phase indicators on input as well as on output x. Provision of earthling. xi. The capacity of the oil tank should be indicated on the plate fitted on the stabilizer with maximum- minimum level indicator.
xii. The stabilizer shall have a suitable breather and leak proof wash out with cork/ valve arrangement for drainage of transformer oil.
• The job includes the carriage of voltage stabilizer along with transformer oil by using mechanical transport , by way of loading the same into vehicle by using crane/manual loading and then unloading at site by using crane/manual labour and shifting it to pump room. Filling of preheated transformer oil upto the required level. Erection of stabilizer well in level & alignment on the pump room floor. P/F of 35 Sq mm single core Cu Cable approx. 30 mtr Making of connections from main switch to incoming terminals and from outgoing terminals to Bus Bar with newly laid cable by providing / fitting of thimbles, insulations, and fixtures. The stabilizer shall be tested for all connected parameter meters/ operation on no load, partial load and full load as well with periodic observation and commissioned.
