Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 50 ampere rating, 3 phase, LT control panel cum protection panel cum automatic star delta starter and MUG 15 as standby along-with allied works by way of fabrication of panel with 3 pole Main and delta power contactors of MNX 50 amp. rating 01 no. each and star power contactor of MNX 50 Amp. rating-1no., complete with all protection safety control devices / mechanism compatible with the design / rating of the prime mover, of reputed make, conforming to ISI standards. The system should be provided with fault analyzer cum controller unit or equivalent of standard and reputed make. The complete system should be enclosed in MS steel enclosure box of suitable dimensions. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. Providing / laying of copper conductors of proper rating alongwith insulation material as per site requirement. The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window. Digital electronic voltmeter & ampere meter should be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. The internal control wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbling at each end. The system should trip the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and should not restart automatically until unless the system is reset manually, thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor .The system / star delta auto starter should not fall into delta if it does not fall into star mode first and should remain de-energized to avoid damage to the motor / machinery and also to the power source / transformer. The system / star delta auto starter should trip off if it does not fall into delta & remains in star mode for more than 10-20 seconds. The system shall provide protection against: - Low voltage below 350 V, High Voltage above 450 V, Single phasing, Reverse phasing, Un Balanced phasing, Dry running, Overloading. In addition the system should have the following audio & visual features for a quick and accurate diagnosis of the appeared fault / status for a speedy rectification of the system-- Separate LED fault / status indicators, LED phase indicators. Isolation by pass system, for fault analysis of system, with a blinking indicator. An audio warning system/Siren which activates only on starter failure to trip the motor on appearance of any electrical fault mentioned above, to warn the operator to switch off the motor manually.3 LED, contactor ‘COIL OK’, indicators, one for each of the contactors / coils. LED star & delta indicators to access the star to delta timing. A tamper proof starting system to avoid manipulations by the motor operator to keep the system in a permanently ON position Testing of panel after making all incoming / outgoing connections on no load and then on full load. Proper chemical earthing of equipment should be done. Job includes cost of machinery, equipments and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc., loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc.

Providing, carriage, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 phase, 25 KVA voltage stabilizer copper wound, first quality CRGO silicon steel core, naturally- oil cooled, manually operated, 14-gauge container chamber alongwith allied works. Job includes providing of 25 KVA voltage stabilizer complete with mineral insulating oil, MCCB, change over switch complete with safety and protection devices etc. Job includes providing and fitting of single core armoured Al. cable of 50mm2 from electric pole to 100 ampere main switch in four leads approximately 50 meters length of each lead and further Providing and fitting of 16mm2 copper cable from 100 ampere main switch to voltage stabilizer approximately 20 meters in length complete with insulation and thimbling. The voltage stabilizer should have 5 upwards steps and 2 downwards steps (or as per the specified voltage range) from the line voltage i.e., it should work from 180V to 400+5%. Proper earthing of the equipment shall be done. PUMPING STATION AT GOILA OF WSS HALARAN

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 1500 GPH x 180 meter head HC pump set with suitable rating prime mover in compliance with the technical conditions and allied works by way of surveying of site, designing of pump machinery and prime mover in conformity with site conditions. Laying of M-20 grade RCC foundation block for each pump of size (6’x3’x4’) or (as per pump-motor base frame dimensions) by using reinforcement steel of 10 mm dia. The foundation block as per size of pump set should have additional margin of 6” on all sides. The foundation block may be combined for all the pumps which must includes space on all sides of pump set and space between the pump sets. Providing, fabrication and laying of 50mm dia. MS suction pipe line to the pump set of length as per site conditions and upto maximum of approximately 6 meters each including 50 mm dia MS bends, MS flanges, expanders/reducers / dismantling joints / saddles/ pipe extension pieces, 50 mm dia Cast Iron sluice valve-1no., gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers as per site requirement. Providing, fabrication and laying of 40mm dia MS delivery pipe as per site conditions including MS bends, MS flange, expanders/reducers / dismantling joints/ saddles/ pipe extension pieces, Brass /Cast steel Sluice valve 40 mm dia and NRV 40 mm alongwith by pass arrangement (class 150 accompanied with manufacturer’s in house test certificate) gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers. Job includes greasing work, P/F of graphite gland packing and thereafter testing on no load and then on full load and commissioning thereof. Job includes providing / fitting and laying of copper cable 10mm2 from motor to panel in six leads approximately 36 meters for each motor, then p/f and laying 16mm2 copper cable upto MCCB-bus bar-voltage stabilizer in three leads approximately 30 meters in length alongwith neutral wire conforming to ISI standards with proper thimbling and insulation material. Job covers providing and fitting of 63 ampere MCCB of 50KA breaking strength. Proper chemical earthing of the equipment should be done for safety of machinery.
