The lubrication of gears is of high viscosity and temperature for longer life of gears. Load Chain: The load chain is made of high tensile alloy steel having wear resistance and greatest mobility. The chain should be accurately collaborated, tested and have adequate in built factor of safety for safer operation. Load chain wheel: Specially designed, perfectly machined wheel providing correct grip of load chain made of malleable cast iron makes the hoist most safe and reliable against any failure. Lifting Hook: The lifting hook shall be forged with provision for free swivelling. Limit Switch: The limit switch shall have snap action, shunt type prevent over hoisting or over lowering to ensure maximum safety of operation. Control: The unit shall be controlled by heavy duty air break direction reversing type contractors and electrically inter – locked for safety. Contactors relay, fuses, low voltage transformer be fitted for control voltage and are to be housed in fabricated / pressed sheet steel box dust proof. The LT panel shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of SWG CR sheet supported on MS angle of Suitable size and provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation Bolts/ wall Mounted as per site requirement. The panels should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking/ sealing arrangement for each box.
