Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 mix (1 cement:3 course sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) incl. Curing but cxcl. Cost of form work

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roof having slope up to 150,landings,balconies,shelves,chajjas,lintels,bands plain window sills, stair case and spiral stair cases up to floor V-level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1: 1½:3 (1 cement:1½ course sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified gfrade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. All wprk upto plinth level. Note: - Minimum cement content considered is @ 330 kg/ cum. Any quantity less than 330 kg/cum as per design mix shall be deducted @ Rs 976.70/Qtl (As per SSR 2020). However no extra shall be paid for higher quantity of cement used as per design mix.

Providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work @ 1 Kg Per 50 Kg of cement bag

Structural steel work in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works ( for Gate ,ladder and Manhole cover)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
