Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 3000 GPH x 220 meter head HC pump set with suitable rating prime mover in compliance with the technical conditions and allied works by way of surveying of site, designing of pump machinery and prime mover in conformity with site conditions. Laying of M-20 grade RCC foundation block for each pump of size 6’x3’x4’ by using reinforcement steel of 10mm dia. The foundation block as per size of pump set should have additional margin of 6” on all sides. Providing, fabrication and laying of 80mm dia MS suction pipe line to the pump set of length as per site conditions condition and upto maximum of approximately 6 meters each including 80mm dia MS bends, MS flanges, expanders/reducers / dismantling joints / saddles/ pipe extension pieces, 80mm dia Cast Iron sluice valve-1no., gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers as per site requirement. Providing, fabrication and laying of 65mm dia MS delivery pipe as per site conditions including MS bends, MS flange, expanders/reducers / dismantling joints/ saddles/ pipe extension pieces, Cast steel Sluice valve 65mm dia and NRV 65mm dia alongwith by pass arrangement (class 300 accompanied with manufacturer’s in house test certificate)gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers. Job includes greasing work, P/F of graphited gland packing and thereafter testing on no load and then on full load and commissioning thereof. Job includes providing / fitting and laying of copper cable 25mm2 from motor to panel in six leads approximately 36 meters for each motor, then p/f and laying 35mm2 copper cable upto MCCB-bus bar/voltage stabilizer in three leads approximately 30 meters in length conforming to ISI standards with proper thimbling and insulation material. Job covers providing and fitting of 100 ampere MCCB of 50KA breaking strength. Proper chemical earthing of the equipment should be done for safety of machinery. Job includes cost of machinery, equipments and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools, tackles, and material handing equipments etc.
